The only comic with less originality than “Marmaduke”. It’s been recycling the same four gags since 1988.

This really stinks. Now where I am I going to get my fix of female shopping/dieting/obsessing about her looks neurosis?

Zippy The Pinhead.

And yet the 1950s had Lil’ Abner, Peanuts, and Pogo.

Forbidden Planet was made in the '50s. Well, here we are in the next century...so why aren't women dressing like this?

RE: “The only one I really read anymore is Dilbert.”

Dilbert, yes, and I also enjoy Mallard Fillmore!

Man, those were the WORST three panels in comic history!

Any other “Pearls Before Swine” fans?

That and Dilbert is about all the comics I read. Although, I gotta say, Dilbert is getting a little repetitive too.

I think the target market for "Zippy the Pinhead" is people who take LSD.

“Our long national nightmare is over.”

No, it sits in the White House.

My paper has almost all crummy liberal funnies. I’m even surprised they have Dilbert, frankly!

Yes. Pearls Before Swine is one of the few cartoons I actually follow on line.

The last frame of that one was my wallpaper for a long time. I had to change it when I saw this though.

Now if Calvin and Hobbs would just come back.

That is some of the most beautiful drawing.

Sorry to hear that. I’m in L.A., but never read the L.A. Times anymore — so far left it’s unbelievable, and yet libs complain it’s ‘conservative.’ Instead I get the Daily News, based in San Fernando Valley suburb and, like the Long Beach paper, serves a different group for the most part.

Daily News is fairly moderate so libs detest it and those who do write in complain bitterly about opinions and Mallard Fillmore comic. Fillmore comic is far and away the MOST conservative thing in the entire paper and as with most papers these days, it’s thin and there’s not much there.

Still, I enjoy getting a daily paper so for the time being, this is it for me.
