I'm glad the No. 303 got to fly Hurricanes, Spitfires, and Mustangs once in Britain instead of PZL-11's, though. :-)

Unfortunately - they didn't manage to start production of the new Polish prototype - PZL.50 Jastrząb (Hawk) , before WW2 started).

FYI - today Polish F-16s are called Jastrząb.
