Yes, it would have been interesting if they checked for the full name, but they didn't. They didn't confirm that these people even had the name of Barack Obama, much less Barack Hussein Obama.
What are the odds of a number of citizens in the same college town have the same name, and these same “citizens “ appear to have followered obama as he moved across the country

I agree that there are questions. That's what's so frustrating with these bird-brained filings of Orly Taitz. I don't go so far as those who think she's a plant who was there to disrupt serious investigation--I think she's just incompetent and nutty. (IANAL, but lawyers I trust say her filings deserved the fines she's been assessed.)
Since you're law enforcement, you should be able to confirm that SSN often links to geography, but not always, especially for someone who might have been processed through an ARO.
When people are commiting fraud they will use varations of the same name. B. obama, barrack h. obama. b.h. obama ,etc. If you see a number of similiar names like his in any given area , it would be highly unusual. This is common in ss fraud cases. It appears that where ever obama lived , different ss numbers would show up with a varation of his name. SS numbers are suppposd to match the area you filed in . There is no record of obama ever having lived in Conn.,yet he has a Conn. SS number. This and the fact that he has used a number of SS numbers was brought up at a White House press conference. Gibbs responce was that wealthy people often have more than one SS number. He has since refused to any any more questions on the subject. How many SS numbers do you have . I have one, and I know that it’s illegal to have more than one.
