Orly's Modest Request
Dr. Orly Taitz Esquire | 07/22/10 | Tired_Old_Conservative

Posted on 07/21/2010 1:26:08 AM PDT by tired_old_conservative

Wow...

There's crazy, there's baying at the moon crazy, and then there's this to Cheif Justice Roberts...

"Relief requested

1.Taitz is requesting an appointment to visit the Supreme Court with a forensic document expert (to be identified at a later date) and view the orders pertaining to her cases and verify and clarify, that there is a valid signature of Justice Thomas and his clerk on the denial of application 10A56, entered on the Docket on Saturday 17, 2010.

2.Taitz is requesting an appointment to visit the Supreme Court with a forensic document expert and verify that there genuine signatures of all nine Justices on the denial of her case 08A524 discussed in conference on January 23, 2009.

3.Taitz is requesting your Honor to grant her and her computer security expert (to be identified at a later date) access to the electronic docket of the cases pertaining to her and her clients, in order to ascertain who made an entry in the docket 10A56 on Saturday, July 17, 2010 and who deleted the Application 08A 524 from the docket of the Supreme Court and whether such person was authorized to make such changes to the docket."

That will happen when Satan's realm reaches a temperature of absolute zero. No sane person would even think of making a request like that.

Read the whole nutty thing at her website if you want to risk it. I'm sure other links will be available soon enough.

I continue to be amazed by the willingness to defend Orly no matter how obviously insane and counterproductive her behavior becomes. If she actually made the filing on her website, it's so sad and laughable that words fail. A filing like that is a complete monstrosity of a joke no matter what one thinks of the underlying case she tried to bring.

In some ways, it's too bad she'll never get close enough to the Supreme Court to be sanctioned by it, too.

You may find some comfort in the following:

I found what I was looking for:

imabirthertoo 20. Jul, 2010 at 11:45 am

Bob Ross, (if that is your real name I must applaud your courage)

Why the need to initially respond with an attack on the substance of my comment?

Fear? Sure it is fear. George Washington, in his farewell address, told us to fear usurpation.

Was George wrong to consider such to be guarded against?

I know the fears of millions of Americans could’ve been laid to rest, and I know who has the ability to make that happen. Obama

I don’t dislike Obama. I never have. I think he was the breath of fresh air that this country needed.

Why is it that people think you must dislike him in order to find a need to question him?

Steadfast defense of the unknown is the way many deal with their fear of an outcome they would rather avoid.

I have seen it too many times.

For example, those who developed interstitial lung disease, after many years of smoking, are more likely to blame their exhaustion on getting older.

They don’t want the truth.

Seeking the truth is the only effective way to address a problem.

Many Obama defenders play the race card as if it were the wildward in their defense deck.

As an African-American, I find this disgraceful.

It only serves to delegitimize every valid complaint.

Obama, by failing to nip this thing in the bud, has damaged race relations in this country.

(yes yes yes!!! That’s what I said!)

What makes the cries of racism worse is that they are predominantly being made by white folks who have never been subjected to racism.

I grew up in the south. I’ve seen racism up close and personal.

Questioning Obama is not a matter of race.

Playing the race card to defend him against all questions is the very essence of racism.

Be careful what you wish for. Such a test would get a lot of birthers kicked off.

She obviously suspects some clerk of denying her the right to file papers. She could be right! Considering the pussy footing Gov. of Hawaii and her total support of Obama, we all have reason (and the right) to question authority.

I totally agree.

Orly’s asking perfectly good questions. You are just using the Alinsky smear tactic. Sorry, won’t work, not this time, and when the truth outs, it will be the end for the Democrat Party.

If such people demonstrate abysmal ignorance of the Constitution, and specifically the part of the Constitution related to Presidential eligibility presumably under discussion, FreeRepublic would be better off if they just lurked.

I fully expect Orly's appeal has been turned down.

However your attitude is exactly why manipulating the court will be so easy for Obama when if he finally makes an attempt to cross the Rubicon.

Leftists cheat all the time, Bickel throwing Orly's appeal in the dustbin and just manipulating the docket entries doesn’t seem at all surprising.

“Pretty Polly” Bickel has been caught overstepping his role before by Donofrio.

November 2nd is coming and the people are going to kick the Communists so hard all their voter fraud efforts will be insufficient.

Just keep in mind, what birthers say about the Constitution, and what it actually says are two different things. You’d see a lot of birthers gone. Would that be better for FR? Could be.

What happened? Did your bosses suggest that you make some posts on some threads not related to Obama's eligibility? Last time I saw you bloviating here on FR, you'll recall, I checked your posting history and it was all after-birther all the time (except for two posts about Joran van der Sloot!). Since I made that observation on July 9th, you actually made five (5 !!) whole posts on unrelated threads. Those threads were:
Democrats Jump Into Six-Point Lead on Generic Ballot
Possibilities for Small Modular Nuclear Reactors?
So... What do you want to do before you die????
WAYNE ALLYN ROOT: Obama's agenda: Overwhelm the system
New Jersey Governor Defies Political Expectations (Christie kicking a*s)
I know it was probably tough for you to do this. But you really need to select more threads popular with Conservatives in the future if you want to keep up the charade.

Hey Pal!

When you reply to me please stick to things I've said here. If you think, I've ever said anything anywhere (not just on FR) that is uninformed or misleading as concerns the Constitution, then have the decency to quote it back to me so I might reply to you. If not, then leave your ad hominem generalizations off replies you address to me.

And I prefer not to be addressed as a "birther." That's sort of the term that DUmmies have coined to attempt to demean those of us who believe the eligibility provisions of the Constitution should be enforced.

How would that effect the cafeteria constitutionalists who want to "enforce" the eligibility section while completely ignoring the following impeachment paragraph?

I'm not sure anyone wants to ignore the impeachment provisions that are part of the Constitution. I think it could be argued that they are not relevant because they apply to the President (among others) and Obama cannot be the President because he is not eligible to be President. I also think that if there were talk of impeachment, whether relevant or not, you'd wake up one morning to find Obama back in Kenya for good. Even Nixon wasn't impeached.

Persistent precision and politeness?

How about an argument that fits with their agenda?

Like the abortion activists argument in the Roe v. Wade case?

Or the homosexual activists argument in the Lawrence case?

Both of these were “staged,” with NO actual injury, but the court gave then STANDING in order to advance their agenda.

The Supreme Court arbitrarily created rights, unconstitutionally in both of these major cases, even as they, with the “great pomp” of their position, stole land from private citizens unconstitutionally in the Kelo case.

Polite precision doesn’t matter when you are dealing with people who have abandoned their integrity and disregard existing, settled law and its underlying constitutional base.

The average person can see through the sham that our courts have become/are becoming, and make right (morally AND legally) decisions better with a non-lawyer education.

Unfortunately, they cannot argue unjust, immoral positions as well as most judges do in their opinions, nor abuse the power of their office to promote their judicial activism or ignore their sworn duty to uphold the law.

I’ll take Orly’s persistence over your criticism any day...unless you can demonstrate you are doing something besides armchair quarterbacking (along with me) to obtain qualification credentials for Obama.

Not a lot of conservative legal scholars embracing that interpretation of the constitution...(outside of a few freeper birther legalists)...but have fun stormin' the castle!

When people are commiting fraud they will use varations of the same name. B. obama, barrack h. obama. b.h. obama ,etc. If you see a number of similiar names like his in any given area , it would be highly unusual. This is common in ss fraud cases. It appears that where ever obama lived , different ss numbers would show up with a varation of his name. SS numbers are suppposd to match the area you filed in . There is no record of obama ever having lived in Conn.,yet he has a Conn. SS number. This and the fact that he has used a number of SS numbers was brought up at a White House press conference. Gibbs responce was that wealthy people often have more than one SS number. He has since refused to any any more questions on the subject. How many SS numbers do you have . I have one, and I know that it’s illegal to have more than one.

Wow, my very own stalker. I've never had one before.

So let me get this straight. The 2010 Congressional elections, nuclear power, Obama’s agenda, and a New Jersey Governor successfully taking on spending and unions are not topics popular with Conservatives? The movement must be in worse shape than I thought.

I have always done a smattering of postings on other topics. Feel free to dig them up and misrepresent them however you please. I can promise, however, before Almighty God, that I have not and will not ever take the slightest interest in your posting history.

Do you have anything of substance to note about the insane brief that is the topic of this thread. Or is blind adoration of insane attorneys who couldn't file a competent brief if their life depended on it your idea of real conservatism?

“I fully expect Orly's appeal has been turned down.

So respecting and expecting competence will be conservatism's downfall? Who knew?

“Leftists cheat all the time, Bickel throwing Orly's appeal in the dustbin and just manipulating the docket entries doesn’t seem at all surprising.

“Pretty Polly” Bickel has been caught overstepping his role before by Donofrio.”

It's not surprising. It's delusional. If you subscribe to that, you've simply written yourself out of rational conversation on the subject.

“Orly’s asking perfectly good questions.”

I dare you to quote them.
Not paraphrases; exactly the questions she presented to SCOTUS.

Legitimate as the core questions are, she presented them in a foul bitchy nutcase tone that no judge would accept - and you know it.

And yet no Grand Jury has ever been convened for a fraud investigation, how strange. That would be a perfect way to nail Obama for high crimes and misdemeanors: a Social Security fraud indictment.

Since Obama’s federal income tax records are a public document, the IRS and the Social Security Administration must have done a terrible job of nailing him for having more than one Social Security Number since a Social Security number must appear on federal income tax returns and income tax returns are submitted with the financial disclosure forms that all members of Congress and Presidents/Vice Presidents must submit on an annual basis.
