Orly's Modest Request
Dr. Orly Taitz Esquire | 07/22/10 | Tired_Old_Conservative

Posted on 07/21/2010 1:26:08 AM PDT by tired_old_conservative

Wow...

There's crazy, there's baying at the moon crazy, and then there's this to Cheif Justice Roberts...

"Relief requested

1.Taitz is requesting an appointment to visit the Supreme Court with a forensic document expert (to be identified at a later date) and view the orders pertaining to her cases and verify and clarify, that there is a valid signature of Justice Thomas and his clerk on the denial of application 10A56, entered on the Docket on Saturday 17, 2010.

2.Taitz is requesting an appointment to visit the Supreme Court with a forensic document expert and verify that there genuine signatures of all nine Justices on the denial of her case 08A524 discussed in conference on January 23, 2009.

3.Taitz is requesting your Honor to grant her and her computer security expert (to be identified at a later date) access to the electronic docket of the cases pertaining to her and her clients, in order to ascertain who made an entry in the docket 10A56 on Saturday, July 17, 2010 and who deleted the Application 08A 524 from the docket of the Supreme Court and whether such person was authorized to make such changes to the docket."

That will happen when Satan's realm reaches a temperature of absolute zero. No sane person would even think of making a request like that.

Read the whole nutty thing at her website if you want to risk it. I'm sure other links will be available soon enough.

Chester Arthur’s parents were not both American, yet he was President because he was natural born...i.e., obtained his natural state/citizenship by birth, not requiring naturalization.

So you feel we should go back and undo all of his acts in office?

Okay, so I got the year wrong.

Even if the 1854 statute became law in 1855 it still would not have mattered since Woodrow Wilson was born in 1856.

So...anything?

As I pointed out, he doesn't comment about much. I thought this one on Democrats Jump Into Six-Point Lead on Generic Ballot was a bit odd.

Don't believe any polls right now, even the ones that tell us what we like to hear

. Everyone's model for this year is still formative right now, and three months is a long time in politics. The Republicans are clearly poised to pick up some seats—it's just a question of how many. So this election is something to anticipate. But don't go in already counting some huge tidal wave in the bank; if you do and that doesn't happen, you will wind up with a needless sense of disappointment over actual gains.

He speaks of "The Republicans" as if he is a bit distant from them. Maybe we all are, but I just smell a rat. There are a lot of issues to comment on for conservatives, something from the Obama Presidency, something Rush talked about, maybe something about President Reagan or some hearkening back to some past glory of American History. Does he talk about the Islamic Swine or the military. If you've been around here for a while, as I have, you sort of develop a sense about this.

You don't doubt that a site as influential as FreeRepublic has become, has drawn its share of disruptors over the years, do you?

They are likely obsolete from his short 3 & 1/2 year presidency.

Curiously, Arthur’s won behavior surrounding his parent’s citizenship, etc. refute your assertion. But then I’m sure you can spin History to fit what you want it to be rather than face it as it was.

What? It's pretty clear that the Supreme’s are all in on the conspiracy. Which is why someone had to forge their signatures and doctor the computer records. Not only are the judges actively covering up for BHO, they are probably unaware that their signatures and records have been falsified too in order to cover up for Obama because if they knew, they'd blow the whistle on him in retribution for the President's remarks in the last State of the Union address. I saw someone post something about that a few months ago. They heard about it from a guy who says he was told about it by a hospital administrator in Nairobi. The USSC knows all about it but are avoiding the issue because they've been threatened with being fired if they say anything publicly, which is why someone had to forge the signature of Clarence Thomas so Thomas can truthfully say he did not sign it and continue the lie.

Traitors to the Constitution, all of them.

And gay. Also gay.

Ask any Da about convening a grand jury , and you will get a responce a like you’re asking them to commit suicide.

Yes tax statements are public records, but in obama’s case it only leads to more questions. How did he go to college ,Havard law , and did not incur any college loans. He only worked at a couple of part time menial labor jobs during summer break. No records of college loans on his taxes. He claims to have worked his way though college. So many questions,so few answere. You know the old saying ,if you smell smoke ,there is probley a fire.

Exactly.

"Exactly" because when Woodrow Wilson was born his mother was an American citizen.

If anyone reads my posts they will notice I stay away from the title "Republicans" because I am first and foremost a conservative. And although the Republican Party always gets my vote, by no means do they always reflect my political desires. I have, on more than one occasion, expressed my disdain for the Republican Party...for not being conservative enough. I don't find it odd that a conservative could occasionally view the Republican Party as the enemy. (I'm starting to view the head of the RNC as a usurper.)

Citation, please. I wasn't aware of any question about his parents...only where he was born.

But then I’m sure you can spin History to fit what you want it to be rather than face it as it was.

Nah...I'll leave that to you.

Anyway, please show me a good citation for him trying to cover up his parents' citizenship. As I recall it, the question was whether he was born in Ireland, Canada, or Vermont.

Orly’s asking perfectly good questions.

Too bad she's asked so many idiotic ones. Now her credibility is shot.

Yes, she was. So her foreign birth has absolutely no bearing on his qualification as president.

And the case of Chester A. Arthur demonstrates that even if a parent is NOT an American citizen when the candidate was born, it’s irrelevant.

Where have you been hiding for the last two years.

Donofrio covered the Chester Arthur angle fully.
