Kathleen Parker is a fool.

From the article.

> things really did become childish as Islamophobes could
> legitimize their own radical tendencies under the guise
> of humor and the umbrella of constitutional protection.

Islamaphobes are people who regard as a threat the “religion” that extolls as the “perfect man” its founder, who lived a life of piracy, pedophilia, polygamy, adultery, rape, kidnapping, slave trading, murder, torture, truce-breaking, genocide; the “religion” whose options for peace are conversion, slavery, or death, with death being most favored by most adherents, and whose penalty for “apostasy”, and pretty much every other “offense”, is death.

We are not Islamaphobes.

We do not fear Islam.

We LOATHE it!

Islam is AGAINST every vestige of Freedom and Liberty.

It is utterly incompatible with the principles that emerged from the Reformation and the Enlightenment, the freedoms of which we enjoy today.

Islam is a cursed, hateful, despotic, tyrannical, monstrous, EVIL MALIGNANCY that threatens the lives and livelihoods of EVERY Freedom Loving American.

As for the repeating H.L. Mencken's snarky remark that Puritanism is “the haunting fear that someone, somewhere, may be happy,” neither he nor Ms. Parker know what they're talking about.

They are enjoying their freedoms today BECAUSE OF the Puritans, NOT in spite of them.

Such ignoramuses should take the time to read “Of Plymouth Plantation” and other historical evidences that the Pilgrims and Puritans were the ones who laid the foundations for the Freedoms they enjoy today.

In those days, people knew that Mohammedanism was INCOMPATIBLE with Freedom and Liberty of conscience, and they had no fear of expressing it.

Now such people are mocked as taciturn, fun-hating “Islamaphobes” by the very people who enjoy the Liberties fostered by our nation's founders.

Kathleen, you may as well get fitted for that Black Burqa right now.

You are well on your way to Capitulation.

That was a stupid sentence in an otherwise good article. She was defending not only the right but the necessity of continuing to publish whatever we want about Islam and Mad Mo.
