But, what women DON’T realize is that most mature men prefer the feel of smaller ones that are real, over larger ones that are fake. There is no doubt that a woman with large breasts who is homely will be viewed first by a man long before a prettier woman will. I guess the newer fake ones are pretty realistic.. Perhaps one of the younger FReeper guys would like to chime in. LOL. All in all, God has designed some smaller breasts quite beautifully.. It’s really more about form than size but I would say lots of guys really don’t even care about form. LOL

I read in a book called "Mutants" that there is a mutation on a gene that makes women short with big breasts. When I was in high school, there was a girl who was maybe 5 feet, and she had boobs so big that she couldn't see her feet. Very topheavy. Nice girl, but I felt kind of sorry for her being made fun of and all for something she had no control over. She always wore tasteful outfits, but if you looked carefully, you could see she was in pain over the obvious weight of the things.

A dear friend of ours had that done Thursday. She had 40 DD and went to a 38 C. So far, she seems to be doing fine. A coworker had hers reduced from 40 DD to 37 C several years ago and her back never hurt since.
