Attacking other freepers does nothing to advance your arguments. In fact, it’s the sign of a losing argument.

If it's an "attack" to point out that someone only posts on eligibility threads, and to point out that the questions I asked weren't addressed, then I guess I'm guilty. I wonder if you thought what I wrote about "standing" in response to the FRaudster was without merit? I wonder if you think suggesting that the eligibility issue be decided by a court on the merits is without merit.

I guess when I was asking as I did, I was really hoping for specific quotes and not further generalizations.

I was thinking of this sentence from her brief: "If this court does not reverse such sanctions and does not order an independent investigation, this court will be guilty of aiding and abetting all of the felonies committed by Obama. This court will be guilty of misprision of multiple felonies."

Threatening the Supreme Court with criminal prosecution is not likely to get them all excited to hear your case, especially when your appeal is from an order imposing sanctions on you for accusing the trial judge of "treason.".

With statements like that, why the hell would any judge or court ever take one of her cases? She sabotages (on purpose?) her own cases. You would think if she really believed in the importance of her case, she would bring in some experienced lawyers to help her.

Experienced lawyers won't go near her for fear of being caught up in her shenanigans and winding up before the State Bar (which has an active disciplinary case now pending against Orly).

For a while, Orly was using as her "law clerk" (="ghostwriter") one Charles Lincoln III, who did have quite a bit of legal experience-- until he served a federal prison sentence for fraud and was disbarred in Florida, California and Texas. Orly got rid of Lincoln after Lincoln posted on the internet a long and quite explicit account of his (alleged) sexual experiences with Orly (who is married).

Didn’t Lucas Smith also have some ‘revelations’ about Oily Tits’ Gore moments as well as saying she tried to talk him into committing perjury a while back (she then brought him back on and they are ‘pals’ again.)

I know Larry Sinclair also made a similar charge.

The point is not how you define “attack”. The point is that going after other freepers doesn’t do anything to prove your view of the issue. Argue the issue. Accept that other freepers can legitimately have different opinions. It’s not hard.

I do. But you need to accept that there are active disrupters here. I think there's a lot to be gained by perusing someone's posting history. Yours, for example. looks quite normal. Check out my history if you like. Also normal. There's something decidedly odd about this guy tired_old_conservative. It's a "Trust, but verify," kind of thing.

Could you maybe pick out two or three things she said that aren't true, or maybe just strike you as weird.

The "Questions Presented" have nothing to to with the subject of the appeal, or the brief.
