I just might try that. My mother always considered bacon drippings a seasoning. I also noticed on Amazon that there is a bacon flavored lip balm. I can’t imagine why anyone would want that!

Have you tried that Bacon Vodka? Also, i can recommend Pig Candy which is a thick slab of bacon cooked with brown sugar, served as an appetizer. :)

BTW: If anyone goes back to the original thread and sees the suggestion about using traditional Seasoned Salt...I liked it, but be forewarned: The caps they use as shakers for at least the Lawrys Seasoned Salt, put out a *lot* of seasoning per one shake, and it doesn’t take much to overseason popcorn. Use caution.
This is good when preparing chicken for cooking, but easily becomes overkill on popcorn.

I've used their "original" flavor for jerky seasoning for a while now and every batch has turned out great.
Didn't know they had other flavors as well, might have to give 'em all a try.
