BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. A judge on Tuesday found Lindsay Lohan in violation of probation in a 2007 drug case after prosecutors said she failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.
A sentence was expected later in the day.
The ruling came during a hearing set for the "Mean Girls" star after she missed a court date in May. She has been required to wear an ankle alcohol monitor since then.

“Now shell be drinking fermented tang with someone named Big Bertha.” BRILLIANT!!!
I smell an adult film staring LiLO and Anna Chapman...
Is Robert Davi a whore? What up Bobby?
Lindsay Lohan (L) reacts next to her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley as she is sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Marsha Revel during her hearing at the Beverly Hills Courthouse. rode hard and put away wet
a late model with really high miles
Any bets on if she even makes it to 7/20?
Prison sex is about to get a lot weepier.
She’s going to the jail in Lynwood, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie have both spent time in that jail. It’s basically where celebrities go to prison. She will serve about 25 days due to overcrowding
Thank you for that info! Do they have Grey Poupon there for the celebs? LiLo might try to snort it.
HAHA nah I doubt it..but I doubt that she will be put in the general population..it would be great if she would though, talk about learning a hard lesson right there surrounded by felons
Yikes. And she is how old? She looks 35.
Sounds nice! Watch her asthma make a comeback, and she’ll petition to have her time reduced, private cell, etc.
Of course smoking 4 packs a day (did you hear her voice? can you say polyps?) would never exaserbate the asthma condition, right LiLo?
“LiLo, meet Peaches, your cellmate”
I met her one night, she and her friends hung out with me and mine for a few hours. She’s actually got nice manners but low self-esteem. In other words, she’s a mess. I feel bad for her. I don’t think she had good parenting (this is probably an understatement.)
It ain’t easy being parents much less a young star in Hollywood. Her Mom seems pretty reserved, her dad admits he is a recovering mess. She’s going to have some interesting experiences in the hoosegow. Here’s to some life lessons that stick.
Have they started printing the “Free LiLo” T-Shirts, yet?
Hahaha.
Pretty good penmanship for finger writing.
Apparently so. The ad is an attack ad against Hayworth. Oh well, at least he's a Republican.
She’s becoming the Robert Downey of her generation.
The girl is a train wreck.
Lindsay Lohan Says F-U in Court
But Downey eventually got his act together and had a lot of support from his powerful Hollywood friends (Mel Gibson, before he lost his mind, went the extra mile to stand by him), and the public was sympathetic as well. Lohan is not quite on the same par. Unlike Downey, she really isn’t well liked or popular, the public has largely dismissed her films as of late, and she’s probably less sympathetic than Paris Hilton was when she had to do her time. The tabloids follow her simply because she went from hot starlet to drug-addled train wreck, not out of love for her.
When you have probably over 90% of the public saying it’s time she needs to go to jail, that really tells you something. But I honestly don’t expect any Downey-like comebacks. Movie studios were lining up with projects for him once he got clean (as an incentive for him, knowing how talented he is), and that’s not happening with Lohan. She’s box office poison, and worse, her rep as somebody who doesn’t show up promptly to work on the sets makes her “employment poison”, too. Better to work with a lesser-known attractive starlet who shows up and creates little problems or drama than risk it with a train wreck like Lohan. There also is likely a sexist double-standard at work in Hollywood, too, with respect to her as well.
