BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. A judge on Tuesday found Lindsay Lohan in violation of probation in a 2007 drug case after prosecutors said she failed to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.
A sentence was expected later in the day.
The ruling came during a hearing set for the "Mean Girls" star after she missed a court date in May. She has been required to wear an ankle alcohol monitor since then.

What’s the over/under on whether she flees the country for France? Maybe she will pull a Roman Polanski.
They should make it 180 days just for the fact she made a complete fool of herself.
Yeah since this is LA county, she will get about 20 days in jail and be released
She’s getting hammered over at TMZ.com

Two weeks until surrender ... party on ... (PINK WIG!) ...
It's surprising how lenient California is with respect to DUI convictions. I didn't realize she was convicted of two DUIs within two weeks. In my two states, OH & FL, jail time is unavoidable in such cases. Plus, the license revocation is harsh as well if convicted of a 2nd DUI within a 5-yaer period (1-5 years in OH, 5 years in FL), but it sounded like Lindsey could soon reapply for her license, which is strange.
I see a Caption this Photo contest coming.........
What??? But they can’t do this to me!!...I’m a Celebrity!! Wahhhhh!!
I’m sure she’ll make lots of lesbi-friends.

Ain't no law against stupid.
Did the judge say Lohan had to serve ALL 90 days or is she eligible to parole after just a few days due to overcrowding in the jail?
Hey Norm I vote for yes LOL!
Hey Norm I vote for yes LOL!
Ya' know, I watched two seasons of that show and I think out of all the "celebrities" that sought treatment, the one I liked the most, the one that truly came across as humble and sincere in his desire for sobriety was, surprisingly, Rodney King.
Wonder how he's doing these days? Can't find much recent news on him so I guess that's a good sign.
Poor idiot, she should have gone to the stupid classes.
Now she’ll be drinking fermented tang with someone named Big Bertha.
I would wager she is on the loose pretty quick, we got bigger fish to fry than a hollywood kid star who never grew up anyway. like charlie sheen.. or mel gibson. :-).
I don’t know, the prosecutor only asked for 30 days in jail and the judge gave her 90. Does that matter or not really?
