Your clock which shows the time a post has been published is running about 2-3 minutes faster than the real time shown by the atomic clock. I also am unable to send your webmaster an e-mail regarding this.... my e-mail kicks back "unable to deliver"

Just wait 3 minutes after you login. The clock won't sync unless you login first.
