One month after the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, police reportedly said a landscaper told them the Oregon boy's stepmother tried to hire him to kill her husband, Kaine Horman.
After a month with no trace of Kyron the family still hopes for his safe return.The allegation, first reported in The Oregonian but confirmed by ABC News affiliate KATU-TV in Portland through a source close to the investigation, thickens the cloud of suspicion surrounding Terri Horman, the last person to see Kyron before he went missing on June 4
The landscaper allegedly told police that Terri Horman approached him about killing her husband six or seven months before Kyron disappeared, the sources said.

I understand you are not trying to "stand up for" Dede ---- I'm certain this group of women would have NOTHING whatsoever in common with me and would be surprised that I say anything which is NOT entirely negative about them.

I'm curious IF maybe there are several Starbucks in Oregon which are 'known' places which are easy to score dope; OR are well known among the large "swinger" community as spots to go to for hook-ups; OR might be places where all manner of illegal activities can occur, whilst looking utterly mundane.
I suspect that there is video of someone --- maybe the guy seen in the Science Fair with Kyron, or maybe some people who are KNOWN to be part of COTU, or maybe there are big dope dealers to whom someone in this case owes Big Bucks, and they hang out at that SB????
Were I called to testify before a GJ and had never met the POI nor ever seen them anywhere except TV, I might be driven to laughter, too.
NOT a good sign, though, for the prosecution, if these gals are any indication of their "Star Witnesses."
TWO hours is a long time to testify...... but, who knows, maybe they perjured themselves???

They obviously are weirded out about the amount of domestic cultivation of pot in the area, as we are.
I got so disgusted when the admin virtually ran Rob off that board, as he was asking VALID questions and had good LOGICAL critiques of Kaine, ETC.
Presser highlights:
Location at the church across from the school. LE talking and large posters of white truck and roadways and a white building. Video is fuzzy so can’t tell much more than that.

Dist. Atty. Underhill - seeking public assistance. Stated Terri drove truck to school. Need info on this from 8:15 to 8:45 at school. Need info if anyone in or near truck at those times.
Truck at another location - Fred Myers on Imbrie at approx 9. And Fred Myers on Walker Rd. at approx 10.
Also, truck in the area of Skyline/Newberry/Springville/Germantown/Old Germantown roads at approx. 10:15 - 10:30.
Won’t say if white truck parked at school. (never mind they have posters of staged truck parked there)
Won’t answer why new flier sent out. Denies it’s suggestive and want non-suggestive independent witness reports. (WTH!) Reporters not buying it.
Asked why wasn’t the Fred Myers info released 2 months ago - because of the sheer magnitude of stuff they’ve gone through is incredible... rechecking and refocusing and they determined now it’s appropriate to release this info. (reporters ain’t buying it)
Reporters upset over 2 months and no info and now LE expects witnesses to recall that far back - Gates very snotty, “I (BIG “I”!) remember what I was doing all day on June 4.”

LE can’t put timeline on solving case.
Won’t comment if poster photos were staged. (duh! but think it was just to get another round of “can’t comment” from LE)

In a nutshell - they want witnesses to help them place Terri, truck and possible 2nd person within the morning hours in that general area. Other than that, they still aren’t telling what they know, if anything. MSM are getting wise to LE’s game and they aren’t happy.
Forgot to mention that at the beginning of the pc, LE stated Terri drove to school but at the end they refused to comment if Terri drove to school.
Whatever, just needed to have that out there and to give y’all a sense of how the pc went over with me and the reporters.
....i.e., it would be evidence of Kyron entering the Underground Children's Railroad.
Elsewise, why are there scrollers on HLN stating that "Kyron's parents believe he is still alive" -- maybe there were a half dozen or more white pickups all over the Portland area, and the only really important one is the one that LEFT Portland -- perhaps they'll have a PC in December about that one???
I do believe that there is either video surveillance showing an ALIVE Kyron, or else maybe he's spoken to Desi or Tony over the phone, or left a message on an answering machine somewhere.....

I didn’t catch exactly what it was but either LE wasn’t sure where the truck was parked at the school or they were giving a generalization of the parking area or if they thought that maybe the truck at some point had been moved down the road a bit. A reporter tried to get clarification but got an even vaguer explanation than before.
Because they can not let themselves believe otherwise. Even Jacob Wetterling's family are holding out he might still be alive and that was 30 years ago.
But, I hope you are correct and there is hard evidence he's alive. If that's the case then they should have had that on tv 24/7 and a mad search for other vehicles so they could find him before something bad happened. Two months out is a long time.
I knew I shouldn’t have but I ventured over to the rumor mill boards, sigh... Sure, I come up with stupid stuff all the time but I don’t know whether to laugh or cry over some of those posts. Some are making logical points but the majority seem like 14 year olds.
Yep, uh huh, there’s videos of the parking lot and street (but not INSIDE the school)!!! There’s a white board for LE to put every vehicle on it and then they can zero in on the bad guy’s car!!! They are putting the white truck in witnesses mind but it’s really reverse psychology so they’ll remember another vehicle!!! Oh, of course since LE didn’t say A,B,C it definitely means they know X,Y,Z!!!
Ya know, I’d have been more than willing to give LE my make and model any time during those first two weeks, but not now. There’s now way I could tell you the exact spot I parked, much less who parked around me. I might have been able to say, at the time, if I passed someone on the way into the school but certainly no identifying info unless I knew them personally and certainly not two+ months out.
Sorry, I’m doing other stuff while posting so meant to also question this “south” parking lot. There is no south parking lot and the LE’s posters were of the street. The school has a parking lot on the east side of the building and another smaller one on the north side which looks more like it’s maybe for teachers and delivery or dumpsters. You’d think LE would know north from south and a street from a parking lot. Sloppy and misleading.

Just think of all the time & resources they used early on, in this case, searching on Sauvie Island...... and now they don't even have one question about the truck's being sighted anywhere on Sauvie Island.
And frankly, now that I've seen an actual photo of Tanner's dad, who lives on a houseboat moored at Sauvie's Island, I can't see Terri handing Kyron over to him for any reason, none whatsoever.
