One month after the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, police reportedly said a landscaper told them the Oregon boy's stepmother tried to hire him to kill her husband, Kaine Horman.
After a month with no trace of Kyron the family still hopes for his safe return. The allegation, first reported in The Oregonian but confirmed by ABC News affiliate KATU-TV in Portland through a source close to the investigation, thickens the cloud of suspicion surrounding Terri Horman, the last person to see Kyron before he went missing on June 4
The landscaper allegedly told police that Terri Horman approached him about killing her husband six or seven months before Kyron disappeared, the sources said.

Anyway, I've wondered for quite some time IF the wedding ring was some type of SECRET COMMUNICATION, a code of sorts, that if/when it came off and no longer appeared in photographs that it would be a PRE-arranged meaning to someone who is currently off the radar.
Anyway, apparently now that he is testifying to the Grand Jury, Kaine has taken off his wedding ring:
yikes . . . . .
Just WHY would reporter Anita Kissee post on her Twitter account, "PLEASE! Do NOT believe everything you read about the #KyronHorman case."
Hmmmmmm
Anita Kissee was referring to that lead by DeWitt, conveyed to us by McCain — turns out that the MCSO stated that Lane County had already thoroughly investigated that tip and that it did NOT have anything to do with the disappearance of Kyron.
******** MUST SEE!!! **********
Have y’all seen this youtube posted back on June 20th? I’ve never seen Tanner before this but he’s one credible kid. He said he saw Terri leave but KYRON WAS NOT WITH HER. He also seems to be saying that Kyron was there when the class broke up into groups to tour the fair but 45 minutes later he was missing when they got back to class. He said the substitute/volunteer noticed him missing but the teacher said not to worry that he was probably in the restroom so the volunteer left. Tanner’s grandmother said the LE didn’t want them talking to the media but later they decided to do so to keep Kyron’s name out there.
Hmm, his name was out there every day so it was probably to get Tanner’s version of what happened out there because LE was on a Terri witch hunt. Now, I REALLY want to hear from Tyler.

I’ve been trying for a couple days to figure out the teacher. First, Terri’s fault or not, the teacher is confused about the doctor’s appointment. Next, she assumes Kyron is in the restroom and promptly forgets to follow up when he doesn’t return. Finally, she marks him absent assuming he’s at the doctor’s.
Come on, it’s one or the other, lady. Either he’s in the restroom or he’s at the doctor’s or you better be calling the principal down.
A friend of Kyron’s (name?) said he knew Kyron wasn’t going to eat lunch with him because he was at the doctor’s. We might have two things going on here. 1) Kyron mentioned the appointment and 2) teacher assumed he was at the doctor’s. Did the friend misspeak or was he not understood or did he mistakenly put two separate events together?
Ok, so we have teacher who really has no clue and can’t be bothered to find out where Kyron is. She calls the roll at 10:00 but Kyron doesn’t answer. She mentions out loud to the class, “oh, Kyron was supposed to go to the doctor’s so that’s why he absent.” Viola! Lunchtime friend remembers Kyron telling him about an upcoming appointment and teacher marked him absent so he later tells LE or the media that he never expected to see Kyron at lunch or for the rest of the day.
Oddly enough, SM is/was discussing the teacher, too. I disagree with them, but no one knows what really happened - not even the teacher, imo. Anyway, here’s what the lunch friend’s mama said:
And the teacher said, I thought he left with his mom, because they thought they had a doctor appointment, Holm said. And then at lunchtime, Kurtis ate lunch with him every day, he wasnt there at lunchtime. And then I got a call at 4:30ish, saying he didnt get off the bus, I guess. And Kurtis said, Oh yeah, I knew he was already gone all day Mom.
See... just like the teacher THOUGHT Kyron was in the restroom she also THOUGHT he left with Terri and she THOUGHT he had a doctor’s appointment. IF this is the whole report, then Kurtis saying after hearing Kyron didn’t get off the bus that he knew he was already gone all day... well, that’s because the teacher told the class that’s where Kyron was.
I’m even more convinced the teacher dropped the ball. I’m also convinced she’s got to do everything now to not lose her job and cya. I’m not saying Terri didn’t do it, but imo she’s going to hang Terri out to dry in the GJ for sure.
Note, too, that the article is dated July 21, 6-7 weeks after the disappearance. Peoples memories change over time and the least turn of phrase in this case will put a whole new meaning to what may have happened. I wonder if Kurtis’ mama made those statements this late or if this was days after the event but it just wasn’t published until 7/21.

Oops, not SM but IS.
Where’s the paperwork? Unfortunately, I’m afraid that it will never be found - 1) Terri never did it or 2) teacher got rid of it to save her job.
“Finster said Horman had told Kyron’s teacher the day before that she was taking the boy to the doctor on Friday, June 11, and gave the teacher paperwork to fill out related to the appointment.
Finster said that when Kyron didn’t show up at the bus the afternoon of June 4, Horman talked to the teacher who said she thought that Horman had taken Kyron to the doctor that day. Horman told Finster that the child’s teacher was new, in her first year of teaching, and was hard of hearing in one ear. “She doesn’t know if she understood her,” Finster said.”

I also adopted three children in my previous marriage and had to accept their whatever feelings for their birthparents.
It's about being humane in parenting, and besides the child has part of the man you supposedly love in him.
Oh Absolutely. You betcha.
Oh yes and using a grand jury means they are not certain enough to go it on their own, of course.
Nope, didn’t work. But a registered sex offender was only 25 mins from the school and targets young males.
I mapped it out...
THE KYRON FILES | Willamette Week | August 4th, 2010
".....Residents put up with weeks of TV crews camped out on the road, taping every passing car, and occasional beeping late at night from news trucks backing up in neighborhood driveways. Davis, meanwhile, has a pile of human feces on her property where the cameramen who staked out the Hormans relieved themselves under her tree. Next to the turds and used toilet paper sits a pile of rotting grapefruit in a discarded plastic bag. But during the search for Kyron, some of her neighbors freaked out for a different reason. Many are growing marijuana on their isolated, densely wooded properties, and were spooked when search teams arrived. Deputies assured the nervous neighbors they didn't care about the pot."
Seriously.
He must be really very poorly paid at Intel; it is obvious to me that Kaine & Terri were having horrendous financial problems, elsewise, there is NO way that she'd allegedly steal booze from their friends' liquor cabinets.
THAT makes no sense, whatsoever -- doesn't Intel provide decent salaries to their software engineers???
I can't believe an adult woman would STEAL booze, that is really adolescent, it's ridiculous - surely she had enough cash on hand at all times to spend whatever she so desired DAILY on alcohol.
I wonder who those "friends" of Terri's are, and I wonder why they would publicize such a ridiculous allegation???
AND I wonder if the entire neighborhood surrounding Skyline Elementary School is comprised of a bunch of stoned potheads???????
Real high calibre witness material, hey?
YMMV, but were my children attending that school last year, they certainly wouldn't be going back there this fall. JMNSHO.
The MSM is just atrocious --- apparently last night one of the local news channels stated that they TALKED WITH TERRI --- but this was an outright LIE.
I've just had it with the media, and look at that post about the neighbors --- the press didn't even bring along porta potties, intead they used the neighbors' yards as TOILETS????
This is unbelievable.
WHAT is wrong with suburban Portland, Oregon, and what is going on that the PRESS trashes yards while covering a story???
Huh???
Can't the homeowners press charges? Surely all that fecal material contains enough DNA to identify all the culprits?
This is just disgusting. Who wants to read anything written by filty dirty littering nasty pooper "journalists"????
Has there ever been a Missing Child's case like this?
I'm starting to think that little Kyron is dead, I have a hard time believing that the Children of The Underground Protective Parents would give Terri the time of day......
But... the retainer was NOT $350,000 and Steve Houze said that he was amazed that Kaine & his attorney would toss that INACCURATE figure into the public domain, as all they had to do was telephone his office and he would have told them precisely what he'd been paid thus far.
It's NUTS, everybody keeps chattering about hundreds of thousands of dollars, it's crazy --- are they, ALL of them, all stoned????
I have a very poor impression of these people.
And although McCain gets on your nerves BIG TIME, lol, at least he doesn't look/act stoned out of his gourd, I can't believe how so-called adults and "professionals" are behaving......
