One month after the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, police reportedly said a landscaper told them the Oregon boy's stepmother tried to hire him to kill her husband, Kaine Horman.
After a month with no trace of Kyron the family still hopes for his safe return.The allegation, first reported in The Oregonian but confirmed by ABC News affiliate KATU-TV in Portland through a source close to the investigation, thickens the cloud of suspicion surrounding Terri Horman, the last person to see Kyron before he went missing on June 4
The landscaper allegedly told police that Terri Horman approached him about killing her husband six or seven months before Kyron disappeared, the sources said.

Six minutes into pc and detective just blathering, blathering, and blathering about NOTHING.

New deputy speaking - Reward being raised. Not using all LE designated monies. Kaine and Desiree in background. Desiree almost unrecognizable due to beauty shop appointment (?) straightened hair, big lashes, makeup, and plucked brows.
Desiree talking - bring home Kyron.
Female LE - interrupted by local news person saying nothing new was presented except reward raised and went back to regular programing.
Huh? That was nothing........
Surely Nancy will be able to locate SOMEBODY who has some inside info???
I realize that her cousin called her "Daddy's girl" -- but seriously, for anybody reputable in LE to use the word framed -- you have to seriously believe that he might be correct.
One of the mods at WS is of the opinion, that at the very last minute, due to SOMETHING, they had to change the entire nature & tenure of the PC.
Hopefully Nancy Grace will find someone to explain this extraordinary change..... it could be as simple as LE deducing that Dede actually has nothing to do with anything Kyron...... but for me.....
I find it strangely SUSPECT that biomom Desiree is firmly convinced that Kyron is alive and stashed somewhere.
What I think happened is that the Kidnapper/Stasher contacted the LEOs just a short while ago, and what looked to us like an extremely boring PC, actually constituted some type of communication to that kidnapper/stasher.
IF Kyron is alive, then whoever perpetrated this MIGHT be in contact with LE through a number of convoluted ways -------- and if any of my theory is correct, perhaps LE was telling them that they are prepared to pay a hundred grand ransom for his safe return???
I mean really, they could have utilized THOUSANDS of employees to do searches, or to do a Special Walk and/or marathon to raise scads & scads & scads of money --- but Intel is SILENT.
I think I’ll tune in to Nancy Grace also. I’m sick of all the politics lately!

I have come to the conclusion .... without having met her, without having ever heard her voice .... I am starting to genuinely conclude that the real reason that things are always off kilter with Terri, that the reason that she copies and/or immitates the behaviors of others, that the REAL reason that she is clueless ..... is not because she's a drunk & addict or a compulsive liar, but rather .... I am starting to believe that she is dumb - and by this I mean that her IQ is between 80-85 points.
IF my hyposthesis is correct, then WHAT would a low IQ hateful stepmom do with Kyron????

Just because the family is goofy and wierd does not mean they are guilty. If anything they may have raised Kyron to be overly trusting or self-dependent, which would put him at risk for stranger abduction.
If they had anything serious on Terri by now they would have gone for her. So much for press conference fanfare.

This is a clear and concise statement which may help resolve what happen to Kyron at the Skyline Elementary School. What is the electric man? Was it a science fair project? Was it someone who Kyron knew that worked at the school? Was it his favorite comic or cartoon? Was it a video game? Was it a movie, that perhaps was playing somewhere. Was Kyron promised something by an adult intentionally deceiving him to lead him to believe he was going to see this Electric Man!"
So I am thinking the movie Electric Man. There was one in 1995 and another that is just being released.
Here’s some highlights from Kaine and Desiree’s interview today:
First, let me say that both kept saying throughout that they can’t talk about xyz but then most of the time talked about it anyway. Both were calm. Kaine did fine but was clueless or claimed he didn’t know about several things. Desiree was letting the green-eyed monster come out and was sarcastic in several of her responses. She tut tut-ed and you just knew she was eye rolling. Both were leaving innuendos everywhere and letting the reporter (the public) make what he would of it - like they wanted the rumors to fly even more.
Kaine said Terri was usually home in the afternoons. Said her demeanor was fine and normal that afternoon and that when he got home shortly after 2 pm that she was on her laptop. T showed him the pics and talked to him about the science fair.
Desiree said she would normally exchange several emails a day. She’d get 5 chatty emails a day from Terri. That day she got 3-4 and they were less chatty. She was sending pics of the science fair to D and another email about t-shirts which D says she doesn’t know what that was about. (hey, when I’m trying to send pics, it takes a while so I can see why she’d not be quite so chatty... besides, I thought D didn’t like her so what’s with all the emails back and forth, huh?!?)
Asked about T’s cell phone pinging in wrong place and both said that info was from TERRI NOT LE. (sooo, that’s interesting...). They both say that most of the info out there is coming from T (uh, they’re doing a lot of talking themselves and I haven’t heard a word from T).
Reporter asked about T’s timeline to which they said they couldn’t talk about but did anyway. Reporter asked about the grocery stores and D was all “what?!? we don’t know anything about grocery stores! who told you?!?” and all sarcastic. (oh, puleez, what the heck did they think LE requested the video tapes for?)
Neither know Dede. Both sarcastic about her. Said she helped with T’s 40th BD party but they only met up rarely like 3-4 times a year (huh???). And D was right there saying how many times (why would D know living 4 hours away???).
D thinks Dede is involved in the disappearance because she’s not cooperating and that she’s smug (more tuts).
K thinks T’s friends know bits and pieces of what happened to Kyron. He thinks she told a bit to each of them and if they all got together they would have the whole story. But then he says that’s why they won’t cooperate (doesn’t make sense).
D says T is and always was a liar. That T lied and wasn’t honest about her and K’s affair (hope Tony doesn’t mind that she’s still not over this). No, they aren’t friends (lots of chatty emails for them not to be friends and T takes Kyron to the weekend visits...).
K says 2005 and onward did he realize T was a liar. Before that he missed things. She used excessive fat burners and got a DUI. Lots of K’s clueless again. Said T lost 60 lbs in 4 months for a competition. Reporter and they go WOW!!! (uh, that’s just 15 lbs a month which is doable and she was working out). Said she was secretly drinking which he didn’t find out until later.
They talked about T’s PPD. Said T was the one who said it was PPD and that she was taking a doctor prescribed med for it. K says he doesn’t know if it’s PPD, or the doc or what meds (WAKE UP!). D doesn’t believe any of it.
Hard to understand about why T took the truck. Both said it was needed to take the diorama to school and back home so it wouldn’t be damaged in the car. They said she took it to set up the diorama but that she was supposed to pick it back up after 10 or that afternoon. But K said it was supposed to be on display all day so that’s confusing. D said T emailed her that day saying she needed to find out when she could pick it up so that D could see it. (that fits with the rumor T emailed the teacher about when to pick it up).
Asked how Kiara is doing. K pauses for the longest. D answers. She’s a new kid.
Says James spends the summers with his father and that’s where he is. Butted heads with T but teenager but K was mediator and that the headbutting might be the normal teen thing but he didn’t think it was. (anyone who’s lived through raising teens can tell him if everyone survives then it was normal).
