One month after the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, police reportedly said a landscaper told them the Oregon boy's stepmother tried to hire him to kill her husband, Kaine Horman.
After a month with no trace of Kyron the family still hopes for his safe return.The allegation, first reported in The Oregonian but confirmed by ABC News affiliate KATU-TV in Portland through a source close to the investigation, thickens the cloud of suspicion surrounding Terri Horman, the last person to see Kyron before he went missing on June 4
The landscaper allegedly told police that Terri Horman approached him about killing her husband six or seven months before Kyron disappeared, the sources said.

I don't know where the (text only) mobile version of this thread is archived, so I could only give you this one, laden down with pics, avatars, etc. I was just amazed that he was totally dissed -- it's NOT like he's some newbie to SM.
You know what I'm referring to?
It seems to me that if they are being coached by LEOs or by professional profilers to try to get TH to slip up and confess, that they feel really uncomfortable about their role, BUT THEY MUST DO IT because they want Kyron to come home.
I have also, in regards to Terri, who has a masters degree in education, I've wondered if she is simply sooooooo bright, that she is socially akward, just like her husband --- but the millions of online posters call him a "geek engineer" and she's a hussy harlot child murdering psychopath.
But Asperger-type symptoms can be exhibited by both genders and have NOTHING to do with whether one is guilty or not so of murdering a child.
I am deeply concerned that Desi described TH as a chronic liar --- but I am deeply concerned because there many many many Compulsive Liars and people who constantly spin stories in modern day America, and it scares me to think that therefore, all these ubiquitous liars EVERYWHERE are capable of committing an unsolvable homocide or the perfect vanishing act.

Rumors are going strong that there’s probable cause to arrest Terri. Rumors, rumors, rumors but nothing from LE...
If I’m reading the article correctly, and it has reliable info from LE, then her time from 11:39 and on has been verified. I still think Dede was at the gym with her. There’s still no word on the grocery stores videos or the driving around time. How long does it take to look at specific store videos on a specific date and at a specific time?!?
I have never seen LE being so closed mouthed about a case. Either they haven’t a clue or they know exactly what happened but have yet to locate Kyron (sadly, I suspect his little body). Could be LE is just using Terri as a pawn hoping the true bad guy slips up.

I hope that someday I'll find him posting on another forum; I was actually going to join SM, but if ROB, of all people, is not welcome to express his opinions about a case where the LEOs are mum & mute, then I'm certain I'd never ever be welcome there, LOL.
Rob has a website, or maybe it's a blog - SOMEWHERE and I saw it within the past couple months, but at that time he hadn't updated it in many months. If I ever run across it again, I'll freepmail you a link.
AND, the owner Crime in the 21st Century stated that he personally knows someone who was subpoenaed to appear before the Grand Jury last week . . . . however, to be quite frank, until & unless LEOs finally give definitive statements about this case, I'm disinclined to believe anything I read online.
Some poster on some thread happened to mention that they wished that the Florida LEOs had acted like this in the Haleigh Cummings case, that maybe we'd have full details of whatever happened to her and who was directly responsible for her disappearance.
So.... it occurred to me, that perhaps with that exceptionally LONG list of LE agencies involved in the Kyron investigation, that maybe the experts are INTENTIONALLY doing this, horrified that maybe Kyron will go down the rabbit hole with Haleigh and other missing kids?????
I mean.... really, this is extraordinary behavior on behalf of the PPD, but maybe in another few weeks we'll all be calling them absolutely brilliant????
This morning, maybe at SM or perhaps at IS, I read that there is at least one report that the reason searchers went back to the AREA of Skyline School yesterday, was due to a few new tips.
Interestingly, on SM yesterday, someone heard on a scanner that in that vicinity someone called a tip line after they saw a blanket, the blanket looking like it had wrapped up some type of body. HOWEVER, there is NO further info or reports of that blanket, so it is probably nothing.
I wonder if the LEOs already located Kyron LONG ago??? I know that LE can lie during interrogations, but I'm unsure if it also is legal for them to lie to the public at large?

I am soon going to take some time off this case, a large block of time, this is a very frustrating case --- as well it should be, with little to NO facts released......

Do I have this right in that the MFH landscaper is the same Rudy Sanchez who owns the two landscaping businesses that Dede works for and he also does landscaping at the school? He seems to be the common denominator with all the parties... except Kaine who claims he didn't know they had a landscaper. How hard did LE question him? What was he doing that day? Is the swinging lifestyle for real or more rumor? Could Terri have turned him down for some hanky panky and he took offense? Could he have lied about the MFH to get the spotlight off him? Could the LE be doing a GJ on the MFH to get him to crack? Just because you go to GJ doesn't mean anything in the long run because it can take months to just to get a date to set a court date and a lot can happen in the mean time. BTW, I'm not on Terri's or anyone's side but as was posted up the thread, the step mom is just too easy. Besides, IF LE is saying she did indeed leave the school at 8:45 and she checked into the gym at 11:39 then less than 3 hours isn't that long to do the crime, wipe away all evidence, and go back to your normal day as if nothing happened. Did forensics every come back on the white truck? Is the truck back with Kaine?
OMG, I had been thinking the same thing and then yesterday I saw that interview from the four parents in what looked like a church. Their demeanor was like a funeral and Kaine looked like and spoke like it was all over with. However, I can't imagine them knowing and not spilling the beans. But can LE legally not tell the family?!? How could they put the family through that and the community backlash would be huge.
The forensics have not been released; to the best of my knowledge NO information regarding any forensic investigation of anything or anyone or anywhere has been released.
If I'm not mistaken, you are referring to the FIRST interview. There is a church across the street from the school, and it's parking lot has been used by SAR teams to group.
One thing that I read WEEKS ago, and I am positive that I read it, but have no idea where is that Kaine Horman insisted that Terri Horman NOT SPEAK, to not give any interviews, to not say anything, anywhere, publically.

You know, there are plenty of people online who also find the Wicked Stepmother's Husband to be extremely suspicious ----- so wouldn't it stand to reason that there are plenty of LEOs who are similarly struck by his occasional odd appearance and his authoritarian, looks like a possible clinical Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder????

I agree with you, and it's going to remain that way, I believe, not only for the foreseeable future, but well into the trial.
Oregon doesn't have the "sunshine" laws that exist in Florida which apparently make almost everything in that state fully open to public scrutiny.
It occurs to me that IF they are actually trying to give Kaine "enough rope" - as one poster somewhere else put it - that then, perhaps their behavior will make sense in the aftermath. But that's one big "IF"!!
And if they remain 100% focused upon the allegedly Wicked Stepmother..... then they better have some decent clearcut undeniable evidence.
I mean..... wouldn't it be stunning if everyone was colluding with the LEOs - with the exception of the True Perpetrator, whoever he OR she may be???
I'm going to have to dump this case for a while, this is way tooooo time consuming, and there are waaaaay to many board admins who refuse to stop the Terri Bashing and refuse to permit ANY critique of her husband.
