Hi Meg, That kitty is just tooooooooooooo cute! Sharing is a good thing!!! Thank you!
Good morning, Amy! I just loved what that poem said!!! And the graphic is great, too! I had a cat one time that looked very much like the one you posted! :) Hope you all have a wonderful day!!
Sorry I couldn’t be around earlier today....stuff happens!
Remember several weeks back when my car broke down. The hairdresser’s husband was bringing me home and we saw a wreck up ahead with all the flashing lights, traffic, etc. I told him where to cut so we could get on another road so not to get stuck in that traffic. And we did that.
I found out later that day that the lady who was driving was in our Red Hat Club. She and her hubby both were taken to the hospital. They let him go in about a week and the lady was in intensive care but finally got to go home. A couple of our Red Hat ladies visited her yesterday and she told them she was a lot better and thought she was making progress.
First thing this morning, I was notified that she passed away last night. So we’ve been sad about that! She and her husband both had some health problems, but her’s were the worst. She was a loving and giving lady. She loved to hostess and bought gifts for all the ladies. Sometimes she gave us gifts when she wasn’t hosting. I know we all know someone like that. She had a real joy in her heart when she could do something for someone else.
I don’t aim to be dreary today but as I was reading some of the posts (from last night, etc.) it was noted and is true, sometimes we share things with each other that we might not share with another friend. So I will share something else.
My nephew in Tampa (the dearest guy in the world) had a mild heart attack yesterday. I called him this morning in the hospital and he said he was doing okay. They did the cardiac cath. on him and placed one stent there. They said one vessel was almost 100% closed. He told me he was driving and had a horrible pain in his chest and both arms were aching and tingling. He drove himself straight to the hospital What is ironic is, he is one of those people who exercises daily. He runs and lifts weights. Doesn’t have an ounce of fat and doesn’t smoke.
When he was in recently, he told me he couldn’t start his day without excercising. So, it sure makes us wonder. The only thing not in his favor, his dad had heart disease and had bypass surgery and other heart problems. His dad is not with us anymore. He passed away about 6 months before my hubby did.
My nephew left a message on my recorder right before the 4th of July, wishing me and my family a very Happy 4th and closed with “I love you, Aunt Jane”. Every day I was going to return his call and never did. When I called him this morning, I told him about that and how sorry I was that I hadn’t returned his call. Doesn’t pay to put off things like that, does it?
I will try to get back in a little while....I need to fix some lunch for myself.
Loved them both, Yorkie! My vote is for each! Thank you!
Thanks and same to you, my FRiend!
