I'm back!!

I should have expected something would keep me away again. :)
Marissa's sisters stepmom called and talked for an hour.
I finally had to tell her that I had to take Marissa to VBS.

I need to plan a day when I can take Marissa, Michael and the girls someplace ...
But where?
A movie, a park, a picnic.
I think a picnic sounds like fun. Any suggestions?

I’ll think about that as I catch a few zzzzzz’s!! LOL! Right now, I’m thinking a nice cool movie theatre and let them have a popcorn and a candy bar each? Doesn’t that sound like fun on a hot day? Oh I forgot, then they’ll be thirsty!

The zoo and then a picnic lunch might be nice if I can get a niece or two to go with us.

I doubt that I could keep up with all 4 of them by myself. Michael is 13 (almost 14). He will be a big help. Marissa is 10, Allyson is 8 and Christin is 6. One niece has a 10 year old boy and the other has two girls, age 6 and 4.

The four of them need to get together and bond. They love each other.

I do not know if the two little sisters would enjoy Dispicable Me. I know Marissa and Michael would. Michael may not admit it. LOL

Well, what about something inside - like making cookies or cupcakes? My kids always loved that!

Or, give them a recipe book, have them decide together what to make, take them shopping for the ingredients, and let them all fix, and serve dinner? (And clean up the mess, too, of course, if G’ma’s too tired from supervising in the kitchen. LOL!)
