Okay .... Max is happy. Millie is home. She looks great unless you look in her mouth. Max is smiling. :)
He had to remove the end of her tongue. Bad news is that it was probably cancer. At her age, it may not return. Sad to suddenly realize how old she is. She and Marissa are about the same age ... 10 1/2. We have never had a shepherd that lived more than 11 years.
Max is five and very overweight. He needs to go in for his booster shots. I’m sure they will say to put him on a diet. We do feed the weight management dog food but he is a chow hound instead of a yellow lab. :)
