Nice try, lady. That theory won’t fly.

Diandras lawyer, Nancy Chemtob, said the divorce agreement contained a clause that said her client is entitled to money from any spinoffs of Douglas movies, and that includes Wall Street 2.Why would he agree to that? Wish he divorced me instead, I could happily live off of $45 million. ;o)

Is this the mother of the daughter Douglas was caught on tape cursing? She’s probably had to spend a fortune in therapists for that kid. Douglas can afford to kick in more cash.
She put up with him and his escapades for 23 years and her divorce settlement includes the words “residuals from spin-offs” of the movies Michael made while they were married. It appears that this new one qualifies. He is a child abuser and a despicable person.

Does Maureen Dowd get any money from any of this?

Douglas is not looking good lately. Last picture I saw he looked almost 90.

If Douglas got this in the deal, it was worth every single penny.

Diandra Douglas, who was married to Michael forthe 23 years, quietly filed suit against her ex earlier this month, claiming shes entitled to 50 percent of the upfront money Sure, this won't fly - how ironic is it, though, that these folks don't have any problem with the liberal mentality of government being entitled to 50% or more of what productive Americans earn. Double standard indeed.

Dunno, sounds like his case is based on Clintonian hair-splitting of the terms “sequel” and “spinoff.”.
Based on Oliver Stone’s recent track record, no one’s going to see it anyway, so the whole thing will be moot.

Has she already burned through the 45 million already?
To: GOPsterinMA
I was going to say she’s got a heck of a nerve suing him for a share of a movie he did long after they were divorced. But if they agreed in the settlement that she was entitled to a cut of any sequels to “Wall Street”...yeah, she has a point.
