here's the prick expressing his outrage over American's exercising their god given right to keep and bear arms in his city. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEP9G2v-_LA&feature=related

"why should we allow more and more guns in our homes? Can you see everyone having guns in their home?"

Mayor Richard Daley

yeah, stronger terms indeed. I think camel herding is probably more American than Richard Daley.

Must have been the right decision for a change, then.

Of course Shortshanks expresses his outrage over the “survival” of the 2nd amendment while HE, as usual, is surrounded by armed guards!!! Seems a truly IMPORTANT guy like Daley is just TOO valuable to lose!

I’m disappointed with our government too, so I figure we’re equal.

To “protect citizens from gun violence” you need to GIVE GUNS to law abiding people not take them away (so that only the criminals will have them)

geez liberals are so stupid

Perhaps Dick Daley understands the meaning of the Second Amendment better than most people realize. It's there to afford us protection us from tyrants like him!

Of course he is disappointed, all facist type politicians are disappointed when the constitution is upheld, especially the part where we get to be armed against thugs like Daley.

If you don’t read any other part of the ruling, you must read Scalia’s rebuttal to Justice Stevens’ opinion. It is brutally honest - destroying Steven’s desire to have a “living constititution.”

When there is little repercussion for criminals, that kind of thing happens.

More people carrying arms for self defense, more people defend themselves against overt criminal acts.

If criminals die at the hands of their intended victims, this is a good thing.

that article must be full of typographical errors or just plain lies because Chicago’s strict anti-gun legislation is specifically designed to prevent violence of that sort. Mayor Daley said so.

How come the reporters didn’t mention that Chicago has more shootings than just about any other place in the country?
