I heard 2 different sound bites. One had Biden’s quote and the other was someobe calling Neil Cavuto an $%^hole on his show.
Well there goes Rush’s 99.87 % of the time right rating. Probably all the way down to 99.86.

I will admit Cheney did have me proud when he told, I forget now who to go FY! Then again, he was talking to another politician NOT an American Taxpayer! I gave him a pass.
Maybe the hole comment was for Biden.
CNN’s Situation Room will likely spend half their show discussing Rush’s misquote.
Actually... I’ve done a bit of talk radio.. and my ‘screener’ would bleep out the Asshole references and then scold me...or I would scold the listeners.
Of course, I was working for CBS at the time - the most FCC paranoid network on the planet thanks to Howard Stern.
I believe Asshole is one of the 7 words you can’t say... at least according to George Carlin. :)
He got the quote right, he used the hole word when he was talking about the GE CEO falling off his seat at Biden’s speech today.
I’ve never heard him break the FCC rules before. If I’m not mistaken, that phrase is still verboten on the public airwaves.
Yeah, in these days of F-word laced award shows, this seems puritanical.
But it’s part of his job as a professional announcer to censor himself. I’m surprised the delay didn’t catch it.
I also remember Bush leaning over to Cheney in some event saying of a liberal reporter/columnist “major league a$$hole!”. Only they thought the mic was off. Loved it
He did it purposely to annoy the press and Biden. His misquote will bring attention to the actual quote from the MSM. Brilliant!
