Thanks, but its kinda freelance depending on how much I want to make, how many people, and how many avocados or crawfish I can come up with.
I don't really have a recipe that I go by.

Who knows? I am 60 miles from the coast, so I’m OK.

This thread is now being questioned.I immediately suspected something was afoot when the source was U-Rope-Peein'. Nothing from the salivating U.S. media about the subject beyond speculation.

Glad to have you around for yet another hurricane season. I moved to Colorado so I’m well out of any danger paths, but your threads will help me keep my coastal family and friends informed.

Sad as it is, I look forward to these threads- not because i’m one of those sick idiots praying for a major storm, but because we all have so much fun. In this one already we've had two good recipes exchanged and discussed the aerodynamic properties of avocados!

Thank you, glad to still be around for another season. Just hope it will not be a bad one.
Thank you for this thread once again. . .my household thanks you. The Weather Channel is off in our home, until they decide to walk in unbiased service to meet the needs of their viewers. Sorry I am ranting today.
Bless you!

Hey NN, so glad to see you and this thread back. We survived IKE and it's direct hit. We are back home and things are still not quite “normal” but getting there. If anyone had told me almost two years ago I would still be “recovering” I would have said they were crazy, but it all moves at a snails pace.
Anyway I just got home this evening from New Orleans and the news may want a storm to hit there but these people do not. They are weary over this oil, and actually scared for jobs etc.
They would like a normal busy productive summer. Just saying.
Hope this brings some needed rain but no floods:)
Thanks again for keeping everyone in the loop.
