Interesting timing...
Paging Alex Jones. :)
The week before yet another global bullcr*, I mean global warming sell-out attempt.
Art Bell rolls out of his Manila retirement, just long enough to explain in a shrill multi-hour screed, why Americans who still live in America - need to make sacrifices.
What a disappointment. Is there nowhere to avoid the leftwing cr*apola?
just listening to this now. i’m disappointed in art.
Being disappointed in Art Bell over global warming is like being disappointed in Noam Chomsky over 9-11 conspiracies—once a kook, always a kook.
Maybe we should sacrifice living in America to get us some hot young chicks in the Philippines. /sarcasm.
You’d think Art Bell would be more interested in the conspiracy driving the GW Hoax...
Or is he brilliantly engaged in reverse psychology....
I admire Art Bell a great deal.
After he tragically lost his wife, he turned his life around in what I at the time thought was the best way possible. In fact I was amazed he took the path I envisioned would be the best for him a the time.
He’s an amazing guy. And I will always be a fan.
But tonight for the first time in a very, very long time.
My radio is off.
If I want liberal propaganda, I can listen to CNN.
Looking forward still, to his next ‘guest’ appearance (on the show he built)
But I’m out, today. Can’t listen to any more of this fluff.
I think he’s lost sight, being where he is, just how oppressively leftist, our media here has become - and how he’s just basically tonight.
Sounding like just another leftist parrot.
/rant off :)
Greenhouse theory is pure bunkum.

If the Greenhouse Theory is false then "greenhouse gases" don't mean a thing.
Art has always been a borderline moonbat, always will be.
Meanwhile I, ensconced in my Luzon villa, am exempt.
Americans, on the other hand, may eat cake, even if, given skyrocketing energy costs, each slice will cost them $108.43.
I simply don't listen unless George Noory is hosting.
Don’t judge a whole country by one guy living there:

Global warming is an alien conspiracy. We can combat it with pyramid power. The face on Mars revealed it to me.
He’s a kook. What would you expect?
He’s not a kook, actually.
He’s a veteran, and for the most part on the right side of most issues of import.
But why in the world he’s bought so much into the leftist myth of man made global warming, this poster can only attribute to the success of his novel based on that ... myth.
Oh well. Will listen to him next time. :)
He’s a 9/11 Truther, among many other things.
Sort of.
Thing is, that and similar criticisms are leveled at Art Bell, at Alex Jones, Pat Buchanan, Ron Paul and Rand Paul.
All may deserve criticism, rightly. Or not. Depending on one’s views.
But all have one thing in common: They all point to globalism as something which is methodically knocking America down, eventually leading to an elimination of our freedoms and our security.
It’s hard to disagree that’s happening.
Our jobs, our technology, our national wealth. Our geopolitical power.
Our Constitution. Our society. Our system of education.
Our freedoms. Our national sovereignty.
Our BORDERS.
All of them, are eroded, by outsourcing. By the boondoggle which is “free trade”. By the elimination of American exceptionalism.
That much is true.
Mr Bell does go too far, to the extent he points to 9-11 as a part of all that.
Clearly 9-11 was a very real, hostile attack on America.
But globalists really are picking our nation apart, brick by brick.
It needs to be said. If people like Art Bell, Alex Jones, Pat Buchanan, Ron and Rand Paul are the only ones willing to stand up and be insulted for saying so.
Good then, for them.
Did art jump on the Truther bandwagon? Last I heard, he didn’t believe that crap. What a damn shame about all of this. I use to really enjoy him back in the 90s. Sounds like exposure to too much of the BS has rotted his brain.
I was trying to strike a neutral response to the previous poster - I don’t actually think Art is a ‘truther’. That was my reason for saying ‘to the extent that’. I was trying to qualify my semi-defense of him. :)
(funny since I was p*ssed at him when I started this post)
I do think he sometimes goes off on tangents, and I’m POSITIVE he’s a naive waif about Obama and the socialist agenda of Global Warming. Almost like McCain that way.
I wouldn’t write him off as a truther without some direct evidence.
But he really is out to lunch(!) about GW.
In the boonies. Somewhere out even beyond Palawan. ;)
I always thought Art Bell was somewhat conservative, being a libertarian and all. Over the years, he sounded somewhat conservative to me.
Then one day, he admitted he was an early supporter of Obama. That burst my bubble regarding my opinion of Art Bell.
