Environmental activist Laurie David's representative has rubbished reports that she had an affair with former US Vice President Al Gore terming it as 'patently false'.
It was reported that Al Gore and Laurie have been romantically involved for two years. They worked together on the 2007 Oscar-winning documentary 'An Inconvenient Truth' that Laurie had co-produced.
'This report is completely, patently false. I have no idea where it started from or why, but it is absolutely, positively, and patently untrue,' Ew.com quoted Laurie's spokesperson as saying.
Laurie was married to 'Seinfield' creator Larry David.
It will make a hilarious episode of “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” whatever is true.
Well, there you go. Back to the Al Gore - Sasquatch pairing rumors.

Laurie David, the former wife of Larry David, the Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm creator, said a tabloid report that she had an affair with former US vice president Al Gore was “completely untrue.”
Mr Gore announced two weeks ago that he and his wife Tipper were separating after 40 years of marriage and said no-one else was involved.
A report in Star, a US tabloid magazine, linked Mr Gore with Mrs David and the rumour was repeated by several US internet publications.
Mrs David and comedian Mr David, divorced in 2007.
In a statement to the Huffington Post website she said: “The story is completely untrue. It’s a total fabrication. I adore both Al and Tipper. I look at them both as family. And I have happily been in a serious relationship since my divorce.”
A source close to the Gore family told the website that Mr Gore and his wife are still “very close” and will be together with their family this summer.
Another friend of the Gores was quoted by the New York Daily News, describing the report as “complete crap.” Mrs David’s agent Dorian Karchmar said the report linking her to Mr Gore was “completely, patently false.”

I think the Laurie David issue is an intentional misdirection. Right after splitting up with Tipper, algore purchased a condo in San Francisco. Not too many dots to have to connect.

Gore is gay. And Tipper couldn’t cotton to that.
Oh well, I guess it’s back to looking into Gore’s gay escapades.
