A kick or punch in the testicles is very common on TV and movies, even Disney.
It’s not remotely funny. It can cause serious to permanent injury, in extremis, even death.
Were this happening to my child, the number of lawsuits filed would be legion. As would the lumps on the offender’s parents’ head from an ambush baseball bat massage.

It is perfectly OK to do this as it is so common in "humor" these days for a cheap laugh.(sarc)
However let me punch a woman in the boobs or set her crotch on fire (as I've seen done in a few comedy movies on men) and heaven help us all for physically abusing the poor darlings.

There was an incident at one of our high schools where one student gave another a “wedgie.” It was so hard that the kid who got the wedgie ended up in the hospital and had to have a testicle removed.
