It really rather stunned me that O once again reflexively made it all-about-him. Unfortunately it's all too unsurprising that he'd spout such a pathetic tale. Drudge was entirely correct to make that his headline for the past day. It's a stunner. There's something not-quite-right about the Dear Reader.
This is shaping up to be far worse than Katrina: environmentally, economically and (if the world makes any sense at all) politically. Can you imagine George Bush quoting a little tyke asking "Did you make the waters recede yet, Daddy?"
