Cut an onion in half, then thinly slice into half-moons. Saute it with chopped green pepper, a little jalapeno too if you like the kick. Add it to the above with a squirt of mustard, too. That’s my Dad’s Cowboy Beans, and it’s the food of the gods. Yum.

I’ve never heard of them but I recently discovered Aldi. I shop there first before I go to my regular store. I save a lot of $ but I found that I am the worst bagger on earth :-)
