Actually, Warren G. Harding was the first President of African American descent. His great-grandmother was African-American making him 1/16 African-American, enough “legally” to claim he was Negro back in the 1920s. But the liberal loons cannot accept that because Harding...like most “Negroes” before 1920...was a REPUBLICAN!!
