CLEVELAND (AP) A coroner says an Ohio woman suffered a heart attack before collapsing in her driveway while bringing in the pet Rottweiler that was destroyed after being blamed for mauling her to death.
Cuyahoga County Coroner Frank Miller said Tuesday that there were few dog bites on 63-year-old Carolyn Baker of Cleveland Heights, who died in February. He says there were signs of pawing, showing that "the dog was trying to help her."

Sometimes I really hate the Human Race.
It says there were dog bites present. “Few dog bites.” They don’t know what happened one way or the other, do they?
I think if a Rotty were trying to harm her, there’d be more than a few dog bites.
He is def up in Heaven with her now romping around the fields.
Ditto what you said. I just turned a sweet little dog over to Animal Control that I think the owners dumped, although the woman might have been trying to get the dog in her car and the dog was skittish. Except the dog chased the car for awhile....
If I wasn’t committing 95% of my time to keeping my sweet rescue CAH dog alive, I never would have called Animal Control, but I couldn’t bring another dog into the house with my dog being so sick.
Few bites and pawing marks- sounds like he was trying to get her to wake up and move- maybe tried to drag her. Talk about jumping to conclusions, you would think they would have waited until the investigation was over before killing the dog.
Sorry, but only humans get to go there. Read the Bible sometime.

Sorry, but that’s not true. Read the Bible sometime.
There are animals in heaven, more specifically in paradise.
What makes you believe that the author of the Universe, the creator of everything, he who gives life to the dead, and everlasting life to those who love him cannot bring a blessed pet to a person who is in paradise?
Animals don’t have souls to allow them to pass this world into paradise on their own, but the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Father of all and my personal Lord and Savior has the ability, the compassion, and the everlasting kindness to bring a beloved pet to a person in paradise.
Poor Zeus. If doggies go to heaven - he's with his owner now. His barking alerted a neighbor..He did everything a dog could do to help her. :-(
“Animals dont have souls to allow them to pass this world into paradise on their own”
They probably say the same thing about us...
I think it’s possible God may allow us to have our pets with us even though they don’t have souls. Remember there is talk about the lion laying down with the lamb etc. Heaven isn’t a place where a bunch of ghosts roam around. We will be there body and blood.
That said, whether we would care is another question...heaven isn’t chat time with your grandma. It’s going to be a full-time worship of God.
Keep in mind Christ rose body and blood and we will to. So, it is incorrect to think only our soul will be in heaven.
Therefore, I think it is even more likely real animals will be there considering the Bible’s mention of it.
I don’t know about our specific pets, however.
I don’t believe my Lord can’t bring my pets to me my pets that passed away. They were part of my family, I consider them my among my closet friends. I refuse to believe there is not a place for them to join me there.
Thanks for clearing that up freak.

I agree. If a Rottie mails you, there will be no question about it. Their jaws are like those of a pit bull.
