Given Russia's reputation for excessive bureaucracy, it's only right that a company would exist to help businesspeople to set up, find the right translators, and also provide the right legal guidance to navigate the Byzantine direction of Russia's business bureaucracy. I had a fine arts teacher (required coursework) who had a Czech background. She often traveled to Czechoslovakia after the fall of the USSR to consult with businesses. One of her biggest tasks was to teach them ethics—they had no concept of ethical business practices after being under dictatorship.
