When you are in a courtroom lady, the Judge makes the rules.
For some reason I think she is guilty. I will reserve judgment until pics.
She wasn't a defendant. She was only an observer. If the shirt was offensive, she shouldn't have been allowed to sit in the gallery. She should've been asked to leave. Allowing her to enter the courtroom, take a seat in the gallery and then arresting her for contempt seems just bit heavy-handed to me.
My brother, on the other hand, went before a judge on DUI charges wearing a Budweiser t-shirt. He received a bit of jail time he wasn't expecting.
The judge should have kicked her out of the courtroom - not jailed her.

Ah, so that's how it works. I always thought one got sentenced to jail for first breaking a law, then being found guilty then sentenced.........
