Baiting, poaching or killing for horns is wrong and not sportsman-like...One of the arguements for baiting is to draw in a lot of animals in hopes of finding one this size, or one of a specific color. It was outlawed in Oregon, along with hound hunting of bear and cougar, by a media blitz from PETA, et al. Now we're up to our asses in problem cougars and bears.
