"Immigration" lawyer argues that no it is not a crime. If not, looks like a loophole that needs closing.

Read the accompanying pro-illegal editorial. sheesh.

This is weird, because the Colorado Springs paper is supposedly a conservative paper.
Thanks to Solitar for pointing this one out.

Anyway:

I thought polls were used to determine opinions. This one is asking a fact question. It might be a quiz, but it is NOT a poll.

Hey everybody! Wayne Laugesen, the jughead at the Colorado Springs Gazette said he doesn’t care if we all go over to his house and just move in. He says that he won’t call the cops if we do and that we can stay as long as we like.

“This one is asking a fact question’

It’s not a crime to be here illegally, but to be here illegally, how many crimes did you have to commit?

Border laws

visa laws

etc.

What I didn’t like about this poll and this paper is that it required a code to vote. I’ve never seen that before with an online poll, and wonder if they can track that code to an isp>

Anyway, here’s what I saw:

Illegal immigrants and criminals

Is an illegal immigrant a criminal, by virtue of being in the country illegally?

No, a civil infraction is not a crime 3%

Yes, all of those people are criminals by virtue of their immigration status 96%

Only in math do two negatives make a positive. In criminal law, two negatives equal two indictments.

I believe your IP can be tracked pretty easily if the powers that be want to. Entering a code is supposed to prevent ‘bots from spamming the online polls.

American citizens have not reproduced in quantities to provide a labor force adequate to fund pensions, provide health care, buy existing homes, fund Social Security, and produce ample wealth in the form of goods and services.

The jackass should just admit that America can't afford Democrats.

And illegals are not fueling home sales.
