Accusation over pudding prompts racial fights at VHS

VALPARAISO | What started with a Hispanic student at Valparaiso High School reportedly uttering a racial slur while accusing a black student of stealing food from his cafeteria tray led to two fights Monday at the school, Valparaiso police said.
Police said the Hispanic student was battered by two black students Monday morning and then was battered by two different black students and a white student on Monday afternoon. The Hispanic student and all five of the people accused of fighting with him are males and are 16 or 17 years old.
The trouble began Thursday when the Hispanic student left his lunch unattended briefly on a lunch table while he walked away to get a fork. When he returned, a gummy worm was missing from his pudding, and some of the pudding was gone. The Hispanic student reportedly accused a black student of taking the food and called him a racial term.
The black student left the table, and the Hispanic student later was called to the school office and was disciplined for saying a racial term. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the Hispanic student and others posted controversial comments on Facebook.
They returned to school Monday and at 10:18 a.m., the Hispanic student was standing by a locker when he began to get punched by two black students, including the one he accused of taking his pudding, police said. The Hispanic student fought back, and the fight was broken up, police said.
The school took disciplinary action against the two black students who started the fight, and they were referred to juvenile probation, police said.
Then, at 2:50 p.m., the Hispanic student was walking toward an exit when he was knocked down and punched by two black students and one white student, police said. Police arrested the three attack suspects on battery and disorderly conduct charges. They were taken to the Juvenile Detention Center.
How odd! The aggrressors were actually punished. Does hispanic now outrank black on the racial preference chart?
Uniting the races, one aggravated assault at a time.

Sure does. The Dems know that blacks will remain on their plantation no matter what. So now they can give preferences to the hispanics (largely at the expense of blacks) and they will only gain votes.
Are there any Freepers who while at work have been punched while standing at your desk or locker? Has any adult been pummeled while exiting work?
So?...If this behavior ( for an adult) would mean an **IMMEDIATE** response from the human relations department, instant dismissal for the perps, hours of diversity indoctrination for every employee in the work place, criminal charges, and a likely civil suit as well....WHY WOULD WE THINK THAT THIS BEHAVIOR WOULD BE GOOD FOR KIDS?
Why would any idiot even suggest that going to government school is in any way preparation for the “real world” when in the real world of adult work the adult perps face prison time and the adult victim is awarded MILLIONS in court?
Of course had a WHITE kid been beaten up, the story never would have made the news.
