As I understand it, Congress is supposed to provide for how to get an eligible president if the one who is elected fails to qualify, according to the 20th Amendment.

With the disapproval numbers of Congress right now, if they tried doing that without a new election, they may have to live without any kind of communications service because they would be hearing about it.

I don't think so. By refusing to certify Obama in 49 states with the language that he is constitutionally eligible, I think a case could and would be made that she was aware of the fraud as well. So, are we down to Hillary yet?
