The judges picked the worst people this year. I liked the girl with the white hair who lived in her car. Now she was really good. She was in the top 24. I think mistakes were made at the top 24 point. They sent the wrong people home then. It’s not humid out there. Are they by the ocean? Why are they all so sleepy? Each and every week!

Someone said that was an easy song to sing... sheesh.... buy a vowel. Just look at printed music and see the range and complexity of the melody that the others didn’t have.
I have to agree with you on Crystal tonight. That was a shout-fest that did nothing for me.
That’s what gets me about her - she’s good at what she does, but she doesn’t really seem to do much, imo. But as you said, if she sells, she’s doing her job.

Very few Paul McCartney songs are easy to sing because he writes to his range which is quite extensive. Often his notes cross more than an octave. Maybe I’m Amazed is not an easy song to sing.
Yes, me too. It has been hard for me to get on the thread this season. I really need a laptop, always having to share my computer with the kids. :( I really don’t like to share much. LOL
LOL....I challenge you to get the printed music to that song and compare it against Simple Man... or Either song Casey sang. It is way more difficult. Even the chord progression is more difficult.

I am so with you - the wrong people got through and the judges are wacked! Paula may have been ditzy, but I think she must have kept the others sane. No wonder Simon is leaving. He probably goes home and throws up after each show.
Agree. Simple man is a 4 chord song where every note is part of a triad. You can’t say that about Maybe I’m Amazed.
