I hate the Lennon/McCartney tributes.
Buncha damn hippies talking about purple unicorns and rainbows.
Who wants in on a bet? $10 says that little feller does “imagine” like that other little feller did last year.
Go Timmeh!!!
I am forced to watch AI by my family.
Well, I mean nobody forces me to do anything but I promised them I would watch it so I force myself.
You see, I spend most evenings in my shop working on my secondary income so I promised that on the nights that AI is on, we as a family would have family TV night.
I know, it makes me want to vomit too... but the kids like the show and I guess we need SOME time together.
They don’t know that while I appear to be interested, I am really thinking of valve clearances and timing marks the entire time.
So NYANYAAAA!
My husband loves this show. I am bored by it.
It makes him happy if I pretend to be interested so I sit, watch and pretend to like it.
I do like looking at Casey though. :)
Casey has my vote.
Mine too.
If my husband wouldn’t mind, I’d also give him my phone number and address.
BWAHAHAHAHA !!!!
I’m a dirty ol’ girl ! My kids are older than he is !
Mine are too!
That’s the same thing I told my kids. Actually, we hardly watch the show all the way through anymore. I fast forward the DVR to the performances we want to watch. Last week was terrible. The dancing/lyrics from Usher were definitely NOT family-friendly. Thank goodness we missed the performance.
I never miss the AI thread, but the show is a different story!
Next Tuesday we're finally down to 88 minutes (because a special Glee will be on for 32 minutes)
This post is to strategically position me for the next 10,000th post prize..
I tried that. I sadly ended up as #10,001. :-(
Hey Jonny! I always look forward to Tuesday night! See ya later!
Joe Cocker-style, that is.
Yay, jonny! Thanks for the brand new thread!
Can’t wait to find out what retro’s prize is for 10,000th post.
What is tonight’s theme?
Fifty?
Oh man, too rich for my blood.
Of course, it doesn't really matter anymore. My wife will make sure I do my obligatory 10 votes or so for Katie Stevens (Katie's a student at the high school my wife teaches at). Katie will end up in the bottom three again and, if not sent home this week, it'll be next week.
I personally do not care who wins the thing. I've never watched more than ten minutes of all the previous years combined up until this season.
Katie is cute and has a great voice. I’ve voted for her a few times. Katie and Aaron—two great kids with good values who deserve to finish near the top.
Rather them than Crystal...something about that girl puts me off.
I heard on the radio this morning that the original little feller (Archuleta) will be back on Results Night to sing "Imagine," so that means none of the contestants will be able to do it tonight.
