Robert Holloway really stepped in it when he went to PetSmart to pick up some bird seed and dog food.
According to a lawsuit filed in federal court, Holloway slipped on a pile of dog feces a year ago at a Newport News PetSmart and badly hurt his back. He also struck his head, knocking out four of his false teeth, the suit says. He's suing the chain for $1 million...

You would think that by now EVERYONE would know not to step in the Oongawa.
Probably a member of congress. They’re good at stepping in sh*t and tracking it everywhere.
He probably doesn't have an income other than government social security and probably gets free taxpayer funded health care, so what could be his personal financial losses? If anyone should sue, it should be the taxpayers, although in that case there would be no net gain since the pet store would have to raise their prices and pay less taxes, offsetting any reimbursement.
Also knocking out 4 teeth because of stepping in sh*t no fun. I hope he sues Petsmart for 10 million and wins.
You are among the reasons this nation is in decline. 4 teeth ain’t worth $10 mil, and that kind of jury “statement” drives up insurance, inflation, and the number of idiot lawyers who will cater to idiots looking for a payday.
It’s not fun, but the dude holds some responsibility for not watching out where he is going. Pay his medical bills, maybe a few thousand for pain and suffering, and that’s it.
$10 million lawsuits for falling down in a store are beyond ridiculous.
Maybe the store should change its policy and not allow patrons to parade their sh*tting dogs around where someone is suceptible to serious injury. Its not the patrons with pets fault, its not the injured patrons fault... its the stupid store that assumes the liability’s fault... and if they’re gonna assume liability.. PAY UP, MOFO!
Color blind? Or an extremely sick dog?
For $10 million, you can have all my teef.
Obviously those false teeth were extremely sensitive.
