That’s great news Quix. I’m glad your surgery went well. Actually my 39 year old severe Hemopheliac son has to have ALL of his teeth, upper and lower, pulled in the operating room on April 23rd. It’s a huge deal because of all the arrangements we have to make to control bleeding. Any prayers for my son Mark would sure be appreciated. Blessings. And PTL. CO

I think that show affected both of us, don’t you? I’ll talk at ya later, going out in a few minutes. We decided on a Japanese restaurant. We all love the food.
I am almost too tired to go but going for food will help!! Those leaves about did me in....my legs were so shaky shen I was almost through. I had 3 bags just from that one corner of the patio.....they always blow up there after we get all our leaves cleaned up, year after year. We just about know where they come from but no one can be responsible for the wind......LOL!

Black Watch Piper
The Soldier
If I should die, think only this of me: That there's some corner of a foreign field That is forever England. There shall be In that rich earth a richer dust concealed; A dust whom England bore, shaped, made aware, Gave, once, her flowers to love, her ways to roam; A body of England's, breathing English air, Washed by the rivers, blest by suns of home. And think, this heart, all evil shed away, A pulse in the eternal mind, no less Gives somewhere back the thoughts by England given; Her sights and sounds; dreams happy as her day; And laughter, learnt of friends; and gentleness, In hearts at peace, under an English heaven.

Eternal Father, Strong to Save

Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in peace! We who remain hold you in high honor. Rest, fallen brother, in this sacred precinct; We who remain keep this place sacred. Rest, fallen brother, among these, your comrades; We who remain keep the watch. Rest, fallen brother, amid these who heeded the Nations call; We who remain press the fight forward in your name. Rest, fallen brother, lay down thy burden; We who remain have taken up the torch. Rest in Peace, fallen brother, rest in eternal peace!

Yes, it is, isn’t it, ML? Of course it is a ‘legend’ but for most of my life I ‘kinda’ believed it, and respected the dogwood blossom.

Feeling much better, just impatient with the healing process. Technically what I had done was an eye lift if it were a cosmetic surgery, but since it was for vision reasons it’s not a cosmetic surgery, I flunked the field vision test. Can’t keep my glasses on long as they pull at my stitches. So I can’t FReep very long :(
