DETROIT (AP) -- Federal authorities had been monitoring members of a Michigan-based Christian militia for some time but were forced to "take them down" over the weekend after learning of an imminent threat against police, the U.S. attorney leading the prosecution said Tuesday.
Barbara McQuade's comments came three days after eight members of a small group of "Christian warriors" were arrested in several Midwestern states and a day after the FBI nabbed a ninth suspect, Joshua Stone, following a standoff at a trailer in rural Michigan.
"The time had come that we needed to arrest them and take them down,"

They were mistaken. Its also an indication that their investigative information was compromised. I bet there was an informant who dressed up the truth and they got in there and found a bunch of good old back woods boys, who wouldn't hurt anyone. Now they have some trumped up charges, like sedition?
I mean cop killers inthis country are without exception ex cons with a history of repeated violent crime. These are more readily available in the populations being trained by the Muslim militias by Jamaat Al furqua.I do not see one man in that group picture who even looks like an ex con. Certainly they would not as militia have a convicted felon who was in their group because of firearms laws. So they allegedly planned to kill police officers by executing a police officer and then blowing up the funeral? Sounds like a conversation held for the purpose of entrapment. We will have to see.

Reality was probably that the four infiltrating agents suggested the attacks on LEO. Absolutely. There have been no scenes like this at all, although plenty of Islamic terrorist training camps that would definitely warrant such tactics.
Yet we have more than a dozen Jamaat Al Furqua para military training compounds in this country that train Islamofascists , and then they go abroad for further training in Pakistan and Yemen befoere returning to the USA as tourists abroad. Many of them have full shooting ranges and bunker facilities.Why doesnlt the FBI raid them?
What we have here is prosecution for political purposes. I mean these yayhoos were plotting to kill cops? We are talking camps that have full shooting ranges and bunker facilities. None have been raided.
The FBI did , they had hundreds of federal officers, and armored vehicles dedictaed to the assaut if these militia men.They expected them to fight.IMHO they expected them to die so they would have a new political correctness forged in their blood, dedicated to branding conservatives with the broad brush of the incident, as militant extremists. Why? So that politcal dissent on health care would be seen as politically incorrect, bordering on criminal.
