Well, as far as I can see (and remember..)... Texas is still pushing for real history lessons... :p.. no matter what the socialist govt wants to teach the kids >.<

The dims keep saying Jefferson was cut from the curriculum. He was not. He was removed from a list of people that inspired the American Revolution. He is on the required list of Founding Fathers. None of these idiots has actually gone to the SBOE website and read the outlines of the curriculum. It is starting to tick me off.

Supposedly, since Texas is such a huge market for textbooks (given the population), content approved here does go out to other parts of the country.
