In light of yesterday's 'healthcare' debacle (nice to know you have a 'right' to force me to pay for your doctor's bills), we need to start ramping up the civil disobedience into something tangible and serious. We can still stop socialism without a bloody counter-revolution, but it will take more than pounding keyboards.
Let's start posting concrete actions we can all start taking to hammer government where it hurts. One small way that we can ALL help fight back is by NOT sending in our census forms. Make them come to us. Make them waste time and money on census workers scurrying around trying to find millions of us. Yeah, I know we're 'legally required' to respond, but (1) the Constitution only requires a headcount, not all the other info they are demanding and (2) they've shown themselves contemptuous of the Constitution anyway, so it's hypocritical of them to bring THAT up.
(It tickles me that I'll hopefully be moving in April, so there's a good chance they will miss me and my family entirely. Since I'm in Illinois, that's a direct blow against our Dear Leader.)
What other steps can we do to harass them? I'm thinking of non-violent harassment activities, not at a high enough level to get you arrested but enough to make life miserable for anyone in Washington that is backing socialism. Time to start chaining ourselves to the doors of public buildings? ;-)

Just understand and be willing to accept the consequences. They have all the guns and the keys to the prisons.

How about pick a couple of states and have all the like minded people in the county who are now being oppressed move there and run it like a free country. Currently we are divided geographically and our strength is diluted.

You do realize that those are MY TAX DOLLARS you are wanting to waste on census/ACORN workers? Give me a break.
Here at Free Republic, we honor and uphold the Constitution.
The Census is mandated in the Constitution.
Answer the damned questions, just like all patriotic generations before you did. Your representation in Congress depends on it.
Save the bellyaching for something that matters. There’s plenty of it to go around.
Not send in census forms to force them to send people thus spending more on it. hmmmm. On principle i am not sending them back but any time they spend more,they will tax more. I don’t know that we can starve the machine but rather it needs starve itself by causing continued high unemployment.
If you’re dead-set on being a lawbreaker, since you’re moving in April, you may have the opportunity to fill out TWO census forms.

They have a legal monopoly on violence. If you use your guns in opposition to that you are doing something which will have profound consequences for you and your family.
I’m not trying to convince anyone to do or not to do anything. Just be completely aware of the consequences. You will have abandoned your old life for something completely different.

The fact that you’d call for such a thing is as anti-Conservative as you can get.
Not any more. The FedGov gave up any vestige of legitimacy yesterday. Any force they use from here on out is simply "might makes right" and not legal authority.
If you don’t send the census form back, you:
1) violate the Constitution, and
2) lose your representation in Congress, because the count determines how many representatives each state gets to send to Washington.
3) make your descendants curse you when they can’t find you on census records a century from now.
Please don’t shoot yourself in the foot on this one.
Just because someone is elected, doesn’t make everything they do legit or even legal. In this case they have knowingly, willingly, and with malice broken the Law of the Land. This betrayal of the United States of America is not just a case of bad law making!
You’re mad as hell at them for not upholding our precious Constitution. So you’re not going to heed it either in your protests? I know you’re enraged. I am, too.
