My daughter in law just told me about 15 minutes ago that they have some friends stuck in a whiteout in Tulsa.

Daughter is in El Reno, cannot drive due to roads, all hotels in town are full. She had reservations down the road but could not drive any further

I was just checking and hoping there was a freeper in the town who could assist

Probably if she checks with the local police, they can direct her to a shelter for the night.

In this kind of weather many churches and even some schools provide emergency accomodations for stranded motorists.

I'm in nw Arkansas, so I'm about 150 miles due east of El Reno.

We have about 3-4 inches and it is still coming down. Tulsa is expecting 6-10 inches.
