A quick revue of the SC decision, it didn’t not say the EPA had to do anything, it said only that it may ... Inhofe has spoken repeatedly about this finding and what the SC really said.
But now that the science of AGW hoax has gone sick on them, the EPA may want to back that crap down ya think.

Yes the woman at EPA (Lisa Jackson) is a certified crackpot as is just about every single member of the Obama administration. This woman at EPA is a menace as is the Sec of Energy. Elections have consequences. And the consequence of this election is stupidity and bad policy and ultimate lost jobs and prosperity. The people at EPA don't' give a damn about lost jobs because they don't think they are going to lose theirs. They won't until we vote out the current administration.

This is taking entirely the wrong tack.
The fact is that EPA cannot prove that these gases are a health risk. The right approach is to challenge EPA to prove their position. They'd be DOA.
