Fill out whatever they sent you with bogus information and mail it back.
You could even tell them how appalled you are that they killed trees by sending you junk mail.
A friend used to return everything he could fit in the postage-paid envelope. They have to pay to receive the mail (the heavier the more expensive), and then someone has to sort thru it. Costs them resources.
