Do you have a link to the New York Times article? Does it say there were two factions supporting two Jewish guys and they could’t break the tie, so Obama was a dark horse winner?

Whether or not Obama was at Harvard, Columbia, Occidental, or who paid his bills is irrelevant. He was born to a non-citizen father and is thus ineligible. He can be senator, or hold virtually any office but the presidency. It is a sound protection of our liberties from someone about whose allegiances we don't know enough. All of his relatives were conveniently unavailable when he ran, his grandmother dying within days of the election. We need to focus on the one clear fact, clear because he told us, that his father was a British subject, and so was he.
Apuzzo is challenging congress and the VP for not performing their duty under the equal protection amendment. He and Donofrio have educated all of us about the incontrovertible fact of Obama’s alien father and how our founders explicitly forbade someone, whose parents were not both citizens, from becoming president. It didn't’ mean they couldn't run; Calero wasn't even a citizen, and McCain was born out of the country in Colon Panama. The mechanisms for validation were lacking, and the legislators who were asked to check, who checked thoroughly on McCain's eligibility and said, in effect, we think he should be eligible, but knew they hadn't the authority, failed to check on Obama.

Link didnt work. I’m serious, I’ll consider the charges if I see some SERIOUS work on the photos, the kind of work that was done on the forged National Guard memos. There were a number of people that really, really took those memos apart. Experts in the field too.
