I heard the state Attorney General on local talk radio last week talking about this. He said there is only ONE on file, and it is from an individual, not a group.

Believe it or not SCOTUS has already addressed this. A criminal can not be prosecuted because he hasn't filled out a 4473 or applied for a FOID as it's a violation of the 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination.

So while you have to fill out all that paperwork, criminals don't.

That is just incredible but also very believable given the upside down, black is white, north is south country we've become.
