Lingle sends out a boilerplate letter that says she can't say anything. The Hawaii Attorney General's office won't corroborate Janice Funkino's statement that Obama was born in Hawaii. Fukino is breaking Hawaii's information laws which REQUIRE her to provide an uncertified copy of a vital document once the party of interest has already published it in non-redacted form (which was done by Obama). She does not provide the COHB because...it does not exist! She is also breaking Hawaii's laws which require her to provide a basis for her public statements, which she has refused to do. Obama's potential names are not listed on the Hawaii indexes (Obama, Soetoro, Dunham, Payne) Obama's certificate number is impossibly ordered. =forgery So Obama has nada to support his eligibility.

Further Obama has hits against his eligibility. He admits he is ineligible as cosponsor of S.R. 511 which spells out that McCain is a natural born citizen because he was born of 2 US citizen parents on a US possession military base. He admits twice in publication that he (Obama) was born British. If we are to believe his story line since, he is STILL a British citizen to this day.

A natural born citizen has NO other citizenship ties at birth by virtue of place or parentage, than American. So Obama was never a natural born citizen (and this status cannot be granted later, either).

So what now? Technically, he cannot even "prove" he's 35 and a resident for 14 years, let alone the higher standard of being a natural born citizen (not just a statutory US citizen, which the bots have obfuscated with for 2 years---no statutory US citizen can EVER be a natural born citizen, and vice versa). So really, there's nothing complex about this situation. No vitals, no school records = ineligible...push the point=STILL ineligible.

Further, he acts like a madman, the 25th should kick in at the very least.

CIA officers don't sit around then say, ‘Lets go fiddle with birth records in some 3rd World hospital!’

Intelligence collections have to be paid for and tasked, tasking goes through a myriad of committees for approval for the use of technical collection means or even money for a simple bribe to a foreign official. All that leaves a paper trail which is checked and rechecked by validation committees all the way up to Panetta’s office and to congressional oversight committees. The tasking would never even get started, even if someone wanted to do it! All it would do is get the CIA officer who tried to do it labeled a "kook" and finish his career. It would be a career suicide mission with zero chance of success. Even if they got something from Kenya, it would have NO legal meaning by itself. Do you think its in the best interest of the Kenyan government to say, ‘Yes he was born here!’ Without their validation it has no more meaning in court then the crap that has already been posted on the Internet. Information without some form of validation and verification that stands challenge is "noise".

If every USG agency when into Zero and said we have information you aren't a citizen. His response would be "prove it in court" and we would still be here on the Internet chatting about it. Nothing would change!

The only thing that would change the game, is if some federal judge decides to go "fishing" and gets the Hawaiian, or school & college records released. If this said something "funny" about eligibility then the "political damage" from that would cause a "seismic shift" in the political landscape and a "solution" would be found> If a state passes stringent ballot access requirements and all of a sudden Zero doesn't file in that state for 2012, again a "critical hit" politically and he would go off and spend more time with Michelle and the kids in some country without an extradition treaty.

We still would have this "gaping eligibility hole" that's the states need to step up and fill! I want the States to do it! Constitutionally its their responsibility!

Do you really think after the Church hearings, the publicity regarding Hoover's files on politicians, the incredible micromanagement that the oversight committees do on the Intelligence Community that some federal employee now would keep blackmail files on politicians? When the federal employee has everything to lose if he or she is caught. Would "allied" politicians protect them? I think not!

Again tell me how would the data be collected?
How would you task other employees to collect it?
How would you spend the money or get the time on technical collection systems to do it?
How would you do these things and not immediately get caught?

Those are FBI security interview files for political appointee jobs, NOT Intelligence community files. A completely different animal of a data. I guess one could argue that an administration has the right to those “raw files” since they are appointing these people. Though I personally don't accept that argument!

The Clinton's used a lot private detectives for their “political dirt”. I doubt if the FBI files had as much about “the opposition” as we think. After Hoover I doubt if the Bureau collect any of that stuff around for very long. And Hoover only collected information on those who could threaten him. He viewed White House occupants as temporary annoyances who came and went.

Yes, I have also been in receipt of some nastiness for wanting proof of the lying president’s claims. However, I am a bit more optimistic about 2012, because I think that a large number of people have had their eyes opened about what is going on in this country.

But I will say this with absolute conviction. I support the constitution of the united states of america and those men and women who have given their lives at the time of its composition and since. I will give my life to defend that constitution, and I do not appreciate lying bastards from other countries coming to my country and wiping their butt all over my founding document, and I most certainly do not support little, sissy, rich cable tv opinion program hosts telling me that I am the problem, not the lying fraud that calls itself obama.

Are you saying ,that he admitted in his book that there were vaccination records on his Kenyan Birth Certificate ?
In other words, there should be records of him getting a vaccination in Kenya back in 1961.
If there are vaccination records of him getting a vaccination in Kenya, why then ? in Kenya and not Hawaii ? that does not make sense, unless ? He was born in Kenya...
