He sure did - but it gets worse. Obama was in the middle of chastising the Senators again, this time regarding the small amount of time left due to the lengthy opening statements. When someone remarked that there had been an unequal amount of time used by each person, Obama said, almost exactly: "I didn't count my time as part of the time allotted for opening statements because I AM THE PRESIDENT."
